    I'm glad you are feeling better Gabriele! I'm sure many of us wondered where you were for a few weeks. Now we know what happened. I like this video since it is a big step toward splash time! I must say that I thought the installation would be more complicated. I think making all the connections (water, fuel, electric) are probably the hardest things to do. It will be great to see part two! Scott W

    Hi, happy to see that you’re doing well after covid! Great video and congrats for the new engine! I don’t know if you are planning to install heating system onboard but if you do please keep in mind the headache I had on my boat... Few years ago I’ve installed air diesel heater and it tuns that doesn’t like any type of diesel additives. After some months struggling why the heater isn’t working I was forced to install diesel polishing system. I hope that could be useful for you!

    So glad your fine after your brush with COVID. That is a wonderful new Volvo Penta engine you have installed! I have just come back in from our mooring today where I swapped our old Volvo Penta 2001 cast iron exhaust manifold over for a new stainless steel one. What is the advantage of the upgraded exhaust manifold you installed on the new engine, is it longer lifespan and possibly performance?

    • @sea4see
      @sea4see  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Paul I use the riser to make more high the water exit from the engine to avoid back return of exhaust water and ruin the engine ! The engine is under the water level so I need to pay attention and off course bronze is definitely better than cast iron...

      Ciao Daniel! I change the riser due the fact the engine is below the waterline and if you following the Volvo penta engine installation the ask you that correct high from waterline and riser to avoid back pressure and ruin your engine. I got some discount in Volvo products....
