I have a '72 Z and put in replacement belts with harness strapd. They aren't inertia belts so adjusting them is really a pain for each person and the seat position. I'm thinking of replacing them with inertia belts like you did. I'm still looking for the retractor mounting hole under the carpets. Thanks for the info video.
@@OakHollowGarage Are these the ones from Motorsport Auto? I'm thinking about a belt upgrade from the stock lap belts on mine but I've heard mixed feedback such as the seat hits the retractor when it's all the way back. Can you lock those belts with a quick tug, or are they the pendulum style retractor that will only lock under deceleration?
There is no cover with fuse holder upgrade however, you could DIY your fuse block and change it to the newer style fuses and still use your cover. I’ll give you $25 for your old fuse block with the cover.

I'm pretty happy with these belts. They certainly aren't as comfortable as modern belts, but they offer a bit more safety than the original lap belts.

@@never_lift "Yes", regarding your last question!
You should bend down the flange on that little door so you can flip the switch without opening the hood

Almost positive I got it from the Z store.
Is that one you bought it 600 $ ?
Yes, the very same one. I gave it a flat black rattle can paint job for now.
Hope to see it as you wish .. good luck bro
@@mohammedqaidoom3933 my current plan is to have the bodywork done professionally this winter or next. Then figure out what color to paint it.
God help you my friend
Is your key in the ignition, or are you killing a very large bee? lol
LOL - that there is a Firefly class star ship named Serenity.
WHAT? a man that reads instructions "FIRST"? Whats up with that..?
Lol... Yes, I sometimes will read directions first. They didn't really help anyway.
