I actually have the Z1 aluminum one, the problem here was that the mounting tabs on my actual bumper were already broken when I bought the car. So the plastic underpanel has never been 100% secure. Gives me an excuse for a new bumper now though!
I wanted to ask what gauges would you recommend for the z1 supercharger I was thinking only a fuel pressure, oil pressure, boost, and oil pressure? And also are you on stock fuel rails for your fuel return system?
I think those are good! Definitely want oil and fuel pressure. I actually am able to read boost and fuel pressure through ecutek. I am currently running a boost, AFR, and oil pressure gauge. I do have stock fuel rails!
What do you do for work? I’m hopefully going to be an electrician within 2026 so hope I have the flexibility/ money to enjoy stuff like this (currently 20)
I am a computer engineer, I graduated college 1.5 years ago and pretty much started saving as soon as I got my first job. You’re on the right path, just stayed focused on the future and don’t worry about not being able to buy stuff right now. I spent 4.5 years in college not being able to afford much with cars. You got this, good luck!
Just put tape over the leading edge. Or if you want to get fancy. Take it apart, buy some 3m single step abrasive primer, then use 3m urethane window weld. Get some Clamps and ply wood to spread the pressure evenly and let set for 24-48 to cure.
theres a japanese website that sells the front black underlip piece for the less that $300 shipped i think its alot more affordable o considering what it costs on z1
Do people go with superchargers because they're more of a direct bolt on/easier then going turbo? I'm contemplating getting a Z and doing either or instead of getting the new Z or a WRX. I'd be perfectly fine with 500whp.
@@Niishmo Keep in mind the extra goodies you will need to run the v2 bumper. There are sole parts you will need such as the undertray, and the fender mud guards are different or mught need a couple of extensions.
Dude stay supercharged and do twin centrifugal. Havent seen anyone running that setup bet it would give the turbo cars a run for the money or even a big Centrifugal supercharger
This was a roll racing event, only real purpose behind it was to see what kind of mph the car could do. Starting from a roll is also easier on the diff/axles.
Its my boi ishhh!!!!! 😍😍
Do you have an undershroud on the bumper? If you get an aluminum one it bolts to the chassis and should make the bumper more sturdy

Nice runs. V1 nismo bumpers are bread especially the pastic under trim. I hope you can get it repaired
Thanks! 🙏
@@Niishmo Pro tip you can get the plastic under trim for about $300 from nengun performance

Yeah I will try some sort of method similar to this whenever I get a replacement. Will be nice to have a spare bumper.

Nissan is real daddy!
Is your z1 supercharger the top tune with over 600hp?
Now it is yes, but in this video I had the 90mm pulley (550hp kit)
Congrats again my friend 🤝🏼 Can’t win if you don’t play
Thank you sir, looking forward to seeing the kit installed soon 💪
whats your best stand still 1/4 time ?
Didn’t focus on running from a standstill, couldn’t get my launches right so I didn’t put more time into it
I just SC my Z as well and tuned with admin. Sitting at 530whp. What a fun little missile
Solid numbers! It feels like a whole new car at this power level 💪

A v1 bumper with horizontal v2 drls would have been perfect
100%!
Nice ride bro
Thanks bro! 🙏
I spent 1700 on a brand new v1 bumper 😅. With that Ive could upgraded to the v2 front and rear. But the v1 nismo front bumper is more aggressive IMO.
I agree! The V1 bumper looks great. Definitely thinking about just biting the bullet and spending the money on a new V1 bumper

Bad ass man
Thanks man! Let’s meetup someday if you’re down, your Z is sick!
you'd have way more fun on a track with corners
but you'll need real suspension :D
i’ll stick with my not “real” airlift suspension
Tell meee who it isss?!?!?!?! Whos boosting!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭

Yessir, I am sticking with the supercharger for now. In the future I may do a built motor/big turbo but who knows!
What is up with you all not racing from a the line and the lights?

V1's are expensive. V2 isnt why?
Not sure honestly, my guess is since the V1’s are older and more limited, there isn’t as many of them available
A giveaway!?!?
giving away your work meisters? 👀😂
Bro which phone holder do you have 😭
Just a generic one from Amazon lol
