I liked my s22 plus. It do everything I asked for. I do not like ios operative system and the camara is still great. I am not much for social media which I don't care of sending picture. I can customize it how I wanted and to put the apps i want. Coming from a galaxy s10, the battery on this one is way better. Overall I like it. It may not be the best as the ultra but does not have the 1440p resolution that the galaxy s10 that I had previously but the display still looks good. So for now I have no complaints. I think one of these days I try out the pixel but for now , I am content with s22 plus.
Hi, iam hoing to buy a phone tomorrow, but its hard to decide between the S22 plus and the pixel 7 pro. Same price and thry sre a year old. Which would you recommend me?
My Pixel 6 just bricked from an android update and Google washed their hands of it. I got a renewed s22+ recently and honestly, I'd stay with the s22+, but this really depends on what you do with your phone. If you mainly take photos and watch content but don't do any gaming like Genshin Impact or Honkai Star Rail. I'd go with the Pixel, it was way better battery life (my s22+ is still learning though so and this does make a big difference for pixels so I assume it will be similar to s22+) and it takes more realism accurate photos with better real life color and better at capturing details in bright environments shadows. So if you don't play games and don't mind a low refresh rate screen, which only matter for scrolling honestly because most of the content you're going to watch is 60 fps at max anyway. The speakers on both are solid although the s22 line is known for ear piece speaker distortion due to pressure changes. This would happen to mean when playing games and the phone would heat up. I resorted to snipping the seal in the sim card tray to remedy it. so pictures and battery life - Pixel anything demanding and better display - s22+ another note is honestly, Samsung's features and software is actually WAY better than Pixel's. I enjoyed stock android but man Samsung is out Googling Google on their own operating system.... s22+ has a lot better haptic engine as well. I think most people would enjoy the s22+ more day to day than the pixels as someone that just came from one.
im currently rocking the z fold 4, though my fav slab phone is the s22Plus, its feels so good in the hand, big but not massive, just needs the same screen resoultion, memory and camera setup as the ultra.
