Please still do your due diligence if you find a company with an office we have helped the client of ours who was waiting for their adventure for over two years. This company was established and well known on TH-cam some years back but did not deliver. So not all companies are straight forward. You are providing a great service. Keep up the great work. I would also suggest a reputable lawyer with credentials, and that knows the laws in Ghana. The lawyer will do the due diligence for you, and make sure the land is legitimate.
