When I see people like you I get so happy. We are part of a very unique breed. Ghanaian Americans 🇺🇸 who have it all here in America but have decided to return to Ghana and live our lives. Many people think we are crazy but futuristic thinkers will easily understand our motives. I’m heavily preparing to complete my house and move back to Ghana. 🇬🇭 Home is 🏡 home is where the heart is.

Thanks for sharing very personal information that you didn't have to share. Moving to Ghana 🇬🇭 is a big deal and not everyone is going to adjust to it quickly, so it's important to understand that. I've been married more than three decades and my wife and I have been to Ghana 🇬🇭 four times, so we're on the same page about moving there this year. I believe, and I could be wrong...that the American economy will crash soon and the dollar will be devalued. When that happens, many people will try to leave for countries like Ghana 🇬🇭 , etc. to the same people they thought were crazing for moving there.

Always better to be entrepreneurial in the long run. As a couple she or you can always go to the USA here and there and make some money to supplement what you are doing. There is nothing wrong with such a model.

I was in Ghana last year, I like it, I was there for about 2 months, if you have solar energy and a generator you won't have problems of power outages, solar energy works well in Ghana, I love the warm weather in Ghana, like any other countries have their challenges or pros and cons, the food was all organic. If you have good income you could live well in Ghana, just avoid the scam artist and you will be okay!

PLEASE I NEED ADVICE. I HAVE A A 5 BEDROOM HOUSE BACK HOME, NOW ON WIRING LEVEL. HOW DO ONE PROTECT THE DOWN PART OF THE WALLS OUTSIDE WITH DAMP. IS THERE ANYTHING THEY CAN USE TO PLASTER AROUNT THE DOWN PART OF THE WALL ? MY PLACE IS NEW SO I DO NOT HAVE THE DAMP, BUT I NEED TO DO THE AMP PROVE, CAN YOU PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT TO USE ? I WAS THINKING OF THE OLD DAYS SPRAY WITH CONCRET, MAYBE 3 TO 4 BLOCKS FROM DOWN. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

    • @rushasare
      @rushasare  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you.
There are chemicals that you can use to mix with the sand and cement for plastering. We also have dampness proofing paint that you can use before painting . All of that help reduce dampness.
When we are constructing a house, we start the treatment from the blocks. We add chemicals to the blocks to reduce dampness. Then add chemicals for plastering as well.
      I hope this helps.

@@NanaKNOwusuYou don’t know their story. They were in stress in the USA, they came to relax in a slow motion environment after careful consideration. Now she’s gone back, making it appear like she doesn’t like it anymore. Do you think she will stay in Ghana for long? After many people have been motivated to relocate to Ghana as they have successfully done? Family separation is not easy for long term sustenance.
If she doesn’t come, and Rush doesn’t choose to find another woman, he will definitely join her in the USA. What will be the whole point of relocating to Ghana?
      Goodnews, she’s back!
Many Influencers will hide this. But it’s good we all know things are not always straightforward as planned. Therefore, serious analysis and preparation is required before moving back home. Ghana can kill your dreams if you don’t plan tough enough.

@rushasare I don't know why I thought I heard you say she'll open a spa. Maybe because I desperately need a pedicure and it's heavily on my mind 😊
I just got to Ghana and will be in Cape Coast tomorrow but not sure I'll find a good one there. Let her definitely consider a spa. If she does her hair braiding she could do those ready-made braids that ladies find so convenient. She can make her own branded ones too.
Good luck to the both of you and happy anniversary 🎉

I do not think that u and your wife owe anyone explanation. As long as u both agree with what u do go for it. Seek the wisdom of God and not man.if not you will be spending your life apologizing to the wrong people. A marriage is between 2 people and their God.
Do not put your plans out there they will never materialize as not all in your audience wish u well.

Akufo Addo has destroyed Ghana. With all the talk for years and years that, Ashanti and Akyem leaders can do better for Ghana, well, everybody can see how destructive thay have made Ghana to be. Most diasporians come to Ghana and then leave, because of the unpleasant services and destructive economy of akufo addo's government.
