@1:10 I disagree. We should all make a pact and simply refuse to pay - if we need a bunch of stuff in our cars at all times, then I will make sure to have it. Laughing it off and paying is making the problem continue. This goes for everywhere, airports, govt offices, etc...I have yet to pay This is how we turn this Con into a non issue over time.

It's good to speak the local language to the people,they will not try any tricks on if if you look rich.
I only speak twi to the locals. They are gifted at knowing who has lived in the West before and that comes with the price.
