Hi Christine, those Aeonium lily pad still in my wish list . My Aeonium collection is growing. I really love Aeonium lots of variety and has beautiful colours. Most of my Aeonium are in outdoor. Thanks for the care tips😊
Yes, I've seen them in some of your videos. I wish mine could grow outdoors, but it just never gets cold enough for them to thrive. But I enjoy them indoors under my lights. I'm sure you'll be able to locate an aeonium lilypad soon! It's so generous with making babies! 😊💚
I cant wait for the weather cools down in my place. Now its too hot and all of my aeonium are sleeping . LOL LOve your aeonium Christine they grow so fast
Ok. You really really give great tips and information for beginners, and anyone, really! I love that you showed how different they could look/grow depending on different variables. Your videos should really be the ‘go to’ for all new succulent collectors/growers! Thanks for the video!
Thank you so much for the wonderful comment Jennifer! Whenever I have some photos available at different stages, I try to share them because succulents don't always look perfect and that's ok. Mine go thru ugly phases as well, and it's important to share that. It helps us, especially beginners understand them better. Thank you so much again for watching, and I'll be sure to share updates! 😊💚
I’m planning to collect Aeonium plants💕 I have three kinds but I want those red colors 💕 .your babies are growing well … I love them coz so easy to propagate 💕 Thank you dear for sharing..💕
Yes! I do love the cluster look for my Aeoniums too. I cant wait for the weather to get a little cooler here in my location. Thanks for sharing Ms. Christine.
Love to see the growth of your Lilypad from small to multibranching rosettes. My aeonium lilypad used to be so big during the cold weather here in lowland philippines around dec to feb until summer came, the leaves started to drop and i was left with small rosettes but they are still alive til now. Maybe they'll grow bigger again when cool weather comes.☺️
I really hope yours puts out a lot of new growth as the weather cools! I've neglected mine for sometime and re-potting was way overdue. I'm hoping they get full, big, and have more babies. 😊💚
I have these two aeoniums in my collection. You were right in saying that Lilypad struggles in hotter areas in the Philippines. Mine is a year old but it doesn't look great.. It is alive though so hopefully when it gets cooler here, it'll bounce back.
I kept an aeonium lily pad outdoors before when it wasn't cold out. It didn't die, but it didn't grow. It just stayed dormant. New growth only started again when I put it indoors where my AC is always on. Let's hope yours start putting out growth soon. Of all the aeoniums I've had, only lily pad seems to really need the cold to keep growing.
So if you would have continued growing it in the same pot would its stem grow thicker and bonsify? 😅 or do we have to plant a thick stem one in the first place to bonsai it?
It's time for Aeonium succulents to wake up, so if you transplant them into pots now, they will grow really well. Lilypad was also very pretty, but now I'm going to be pretty again. By transplanting your succulents into a pot, it will probably become even prettier.💖💖💕🤗
Yes, I really hope so too. I've neglected it for a while and now, they are finally in new pots and new soil. I'll share updates when they look good again. 😊
