considering the game is theoretically supposed to go on for a very long time they could at least have the music have a bit of a longer loop

They should do the Pokemon Puzzle League/Tetris attack/panel de pon thing where when you get to high up on the board, the music switches to a more intense version of itself.

Not gonna lie, I thought this game was going to be one of those metanarrative horror games where the wife of the creator died and now is haunting his unfinished innocent-looking game. I'm surprised that is not the case.

I saw RTGame’s thumbnail for this before I clicked on Vinny’s video so I was fully expecting an actual horror game lmao
I was also expecting something like that, specifically because of the season.
When a game is this aggressively cutesy and innocent, I don't automatically assume it has a dark twist like some people do.
There's plenty of games that are just what they appear to be on the surface. Slime Rancher, for instance.
However, because this showed up completely out of nowhere, during the Halloween season, and even seemed to be going a bit viral, _that_ is what made me assume it had some dark secret.
The just one more game turning into hours is in high effect with this game.

Game 1: Vague amusement, enjoying it more than I should
Game 2: "What happens if I just drop them all in the middle and don't do anything?"
Game 3: **fruit randomly launches out of the bin and causes failure really early on** "BULLSHIT!"
Ah, it's one of those "Watching the decisions Vinny makes is infuriating, and I'm definitely going to have to play this myself afterwards, only to realize that I'm no better at it" kind of games.

Vinny is absolutely right about the Halloween track for this game driving you insane.
I had this playing in the background while doing boring petrochem stuff in Factorio, not really paying too much attention to the stream, and the song just... passively embedded itself permanently into my subconscious. I didn't even notice until I realized I was quietly humming along to it.
I swear to god, I'm going to be hearing it in my dreams. That little accordion tune is going to be engraved into my brain forever.

Maybe I’m just thinking of “Suika Combination” (a variant with touhou characters instead of fruit, culminating in Suika, which I’ve played move of than “Suika Game”), but I’m pretty sure I’ve seen the items overlap a fair bit (though not quite that much)
Its because the game triggered all 3 oranges to fuse but one couldn't because it wasn't supposed to and the others fused first so it stuck to the bigger fruit.

I'm going to be honest, I stayed up last night playing this game, and i'm now tired at work. I could seriously watch Vinny play this for ages, it's just incredibly enrapturing to see for some reason
Although I gotta say and it's not shame, there are tons of misplays so it's mild dick rippage. But it's still fun to watch

This is like when jerma was playing Nancy Drew and had a meltdown playing that version of 2048 where you had to have 10 max level tiles on the board and you couldn't just keep combining them after a point, and he was having a full on meltdown struggling with it to the point he had to get chat to play it for him

To be fair, this game has been trending in general, so it only makes sense that a lot of streamers, Vtubers or not, would stream it in general.
Then again, a lot of Vinny's friend's right now, especially in the streaming sphere, are Vtubers so you may still be on to something.

Wow this is a game that can be frustrating to watch. When he tossed fruits haphazardly and those being the ones keeping all of his bigger fruits apart, and how he *kept* doing it, that hurt.

the crazy thing about this game is that its another "Among Us effect", though it more than likely wont have the staying power for 3 years as well.
to explain, this game came out 2 years ago on Switch...like for real its been out on the JP eShop for 2 whole years before being really noticed and then it EXPLODED in popularity.
just like what happened with Among Us. though Covid going around probably helped in some specific way.

After watching content of this game for a while, I watched a video where there were 2 toddler twin sisters and their older brother in it. I half expected them to merge with each other and create an adult.

I usually prefer live content, because his interactions with chat usually add to the entertainment. However, this game strikes me as one that would make chat go absolutely fucking ballistic. I don’t think Vinny would enjoy the game as much with an army of chatyots screaming at him for dropping a suboptimal grape.
Chat is a blessing and a curse, I hate when people are desperate for attention or yelling at the streamer for not playing well
