So glad to hear you are getting improvement in range of motion. It’s hard to deal with injuries especially when you don’t know the cause. You’re lucky to have doctors who kept searching for answers.

I had frozen shoulder many years ago. Extremely painful. Yoga helped me!!

Injuries are horrible. You are not alone. I have knees that are painful and prevent me from enjoying my active life. Strength through a positive mindset and time for healing. Much love and healing vibes!

I'm late to this but I had a frozen shoulder in January (I live in the UK) and had a "hydrodistention" shot - not surgery - but I guess a bunch of saline put into my shoulder and the relief was almost immediate. On the way home it started to feel better. I did physio then and within a few weeks had maybe 80% mobility again - and now (6 months later) I'm at probably 95% mobility. Not sure I'll ever get completely back to normal - but for anyone that this happens to- ask about hydrodistention : )

I am recovering too. It started in october and is almost all better now. PT helped a lot, helping to move that joint , with me being passive. And also strengthening exercises. Baffling!! Thanks to my OT’s at Athletico.
    Best wishes!

Increedible ! I ve had à frozen shoulder for nearly a year ..just like you..but not on both shoulders😮. The pain was awful at first til they found what it was.. i also went through anger, depression, fear.. BUT after several months of regular physiotherapy, keeping my yoga with new adaptations😊 and meditation to deal with pain and mixed emotions, things are much better😅 i ve regained about 90 % of my shoulder mobility.. be patient it works !! You will recover eventually Mary . Take care 🤗🙏

Maris I developed frozen shoulder around the same time but just in the left shoulder. I went though the same tests but my own research shows that there’s a correlation between peri menopause and frozen shoulder. There is also a correlation with stress and even grief! I had surgery and regained most of the function but still have the pain and can’t move my shoulder as normal. I looked you up this morning to try to stretch it and saw this video ! Keep the faith and know you aren’t alone!

Oh no, you poor thing. That must have hurt a lot. I can imagine you were angry. I tore a medial lingament in my right knee after an accident on the beach with some dogs. I was furious. This happened 9 months ago and luckily I am recovering hence no kneeling yoga

Sorry to hear you had both shoulders frozen at once! One is bad enough. I had one last year, and my chiropractor believes it was exacerbated after getting a flu shot. I didn't know what was happening at first, and did a lot of research on TH-cam to discover what it was, and found many TH-cam posts about exercises to help. That saved me! I went through it and re-mobilized fast, considering. I hope you pick up speed in your recovery. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for caring enough for your members to give us this update. I understand the anger and disappointment. Acceptance is hard at times. But I do know that our minds are the most amazing healing process, very powerful. I absolutely love your energy and channel. Prayers still coming your way. Time will heal. Namaste dear lady.

You are a lovely human. We experience all emotions during injuries and recovery, and all of them are okay. They need to be expressed because they are part of the recovery process. Thank you for the update. You are progressing well.

Lovely to see the improvements! From someone who had frozen shoulder then recovered, it felt like a long time while I was in it - PT was slow, boring and hard work, but it worked!!! I wish you a full recovery and thank you for this channel. I’m so grateful that my once very injured shoulder is basically 100% again. I remind myself that not all injuries have the potential for recovery - some are forever. and I’m grateful that I had one that could and did get better. I wish you the same ❤

My dear! Please, pay attention to
psychosomatic issues! They are the root cause. What kind of fear is sorrounding you in the last months? Ask for help. Always! Anytime. You desearve to recive too and above all: you are your PRIORITY. In the name of God: take care of you, like never before! That is the message of what is happening. Your body is just trying to communicate. Sending you my best vibrations and love.♡♡♡

It's so good to hear & see you're getting better! What an amazing progress and how dedicated you were & still are to your physical therapy! 💚
And thank you so much about being so open, I hope it felt good to you, and be sure it's gonna be a great support & consolation for many people with health issues!!
Completely different issue here, but I know that crushing frustration and helplessness about the actual cause not being found. WHAT is it, is it getting worse while we're just treating symptoms, was there even something I could've easily done to prevent it if I'd just known?
I'm not completely over that kind of thoughts, but working on it & progressing xD
Thank you for ALL your great content (including videos like this one), you're helping people every day! I hope your shoulders are getting better and better as soon as possible! 🥰🙏🫂
