Castor oil, alone, cured my shoulder within less than 2 weeks. Exercises were way too painful for me. Had shoulder pain and limited range of motion for 9 months. I figured what the heck do I have to lose by trying it. After just a few days, I wondered if I was imagining that it felt a little better. In less than 2 weeks my range of motion improved tremendously. Pain is completely gone. After about 2 - 3 weeks i stopped using it and noticed it was starting to freeze up again. Started using castor oil again for about another 2 weeks....and it completely healed. I no longer use it on my shoulder. Have been pain freefor a year now. I used organic, hexane free, cold pressed castor oil in a dark bottle. Rubbed it on my shoulder area every night and covered with old T-shirt so as to not get oil on bedsheets. Seems like a miracle! Just try it. Good luck!

I know this is an old video... This is remarkable! I wish I found you earlier!!!
Had capsulated right shoulder during '20 and the AC tore in '21 took 3yrs to get to a point of strengthening. Now my left has glenohumeral head inflammation and teres minor cease, can feel the bicep and deltoid rigidity progression.
Your instructions are giving me the good pain feel, that Im not damaging or inflaming the humeral head. Im getting far better movement with your exercises. I created my own play list for my specific issue, so I will do the exercises daily.
You are a lifeline, and all I have to give: know, you have made a massive change in a mid 50's woman's quality of life across the Pacific. I am so thankful. 🥰
    Thank you Dr Rowe. 🙏🏆

Hi, I've been diagnosed with Frozen Shoulder, I'm from the UK. And have been told MRI machines on the NHS are few and far between which I find shocking. I was supposed to have a scan today, but the machine is broken and I don't know when I'll get one. And the Guy who said it was an easy fix won't touch my shoulder until I have a scan. I'm between a rock and a hard place. I stumbled on your channel today and Have started doing the exercises today. I will keep you updated. Thanks for the video's.

I had frozen shoulde 3 yrs ago, was I miserable. My doctor actually recommended these excercise, he even has videos on TH-cam, some already have been removed. I'm thankful I found this one, even that is old, because I started with the same symptoms and pain yesterday. Thank you for keeping this video. Oh, just so you know, you can develop frozen shoulder on the same shoulder. It take months to feel better.

Just what I needed! My shoulders have been killing me. These excercises helped just from watching the video and following along. I love the sock and bottle excercises best and probably would look totally insane to anyone watching me rubbing my door. It's a fun and creative way to excercise your shoulder with juust a sock. My bad shoulder is warm and stingling now. I hope that a good sign. It feels good anyway. Thank you so very much.

I have frozen shoulder and the pain has been constant for almost two months. I was in so much pain that I thought I was having a heart condition because my chest hurt. A nurse told me I was having a pain reaction. At the same time I couldn’t lift my arm more than 4 inches! I can now lift my arm in-front and to the side 4-5 inches below the parallel line of my shoulder. I can barely touch the crease of my buttocks. Does that mean I am still in the frozen stage? When I try some of the exercises I am brought ti tears.

I am so glad you made this video! I've had left shoulder pain since Oct. that has restricted my arm movement, unable to lift my arm to apply deodorant or shampoo my hair. After being diagnosed as having adhesive capsulitis I've had 2 months of back and forth with insurance trying to get approvals for nonspinal manipulations that are covered with prior approval. I had 6 treatments that were helping but insurance red tape denying payments, lead me to give up hope and decided to just live with the terrible pain and restriction of movement. I am going to give these exercises a try. I love your no nonsense videos that don't waste my time with goofy gabbing but give straightforward information and instruction. You, Dr. Rowe are the best! Horrible arm pain and supraspinatis has atrophied. I went to another surgeon and he said first dr should have caught that my shoulder was frozen before my surgery in his opinion (I had put off surgery for 12 years and had not moved it much in two years)I want to try this but Im wondering if I have horrible nerve pain should I let him do the procedure to unfreeze my shoulder first in your opinion. Not medical advice.
If you're still having problems try drinking milk kefir and water kefir.

Are these exercises designed for the thawing stage? Most of these exercises would be very difficult to perform in the freezing or frozen stage in my clinical opinion.
