Hi, I lived in Bampton for many years so know the area well. If you visit North Devon, do visit Valley of the Rocks and Watersmeet. Woolacombe, Saunton Sands and Wesstward Ho have sandy beaches that are over a mile long............hope the weather is kind for you.

Great idea about the slow cooker. We have an Instant Pot, which is about 1000w, would that be ok in a caravan on EHU?
sure, 1000w would be fine on a 16amp feed and a 10amp supply. Just watch what else you are using on lower rated feeds
