Featuring a variety of inputs, from low-noise, high-gain mic preamps with solid phantom power to high-impedance guitar inputs that preserve your tone and Bluetooth for serious flexibility, built-in 24-bit digital effects, and a 2x2 USB audio interface, the Harbinger LX12 is ready for whatever inspiration takes you.
The Harbinger VARI V2310 powered speaker delivers the high-fidelity sound and remarkable convenience. Crafted from high-quality audio components, it provides 400W of amplification through two drivers: a 10" driver for low frequencies, and a 1" compression driver for the high end. Onboard DSP enhances sound and allows for EQ adjustment. Each speaker connects up to five sources at once with the built-in stereo mixer: dual guitar/mic/line inputs, balanced stereo inputs, plus Bluetooth and AUX.
The Harbinger S12-powered subwoofer delivers 1,000W amplification with a 12" driver and powerful DSP, all in a compact package that's ready for the stage. This sub delivers outstanding clarity and impacts even when pushed to the limit. For ease of use, set the crossover frequency either by the size of the full-range speakers the S12 is pairing with, or select directly by hertz. There’s even a time-align delay feature that avoids phase alignment issues for a maximum low-frequency response. And with 130dB max SPL output, Guitar Center recommends the S12 to deliver clean, deep bass in a variety of situations.
The Sterling Audio Performance series P30 active dynamic vocal microphone gives you pristine vocal reproduction with its phantom-powered (+48V) active Dynamic Drive technology. The Dynamic Drive electronics help power, and optimum clarity.
The Sterling custom-tuned microphone capsule will capture just what you need it to, with its dynamically isolated custom capsule suspension system-suppressing handling and stage noise. To that end, its cardioid polar pattern ensures off-axis noise rejection. The ergonomic body and die-cast rugged construction offer a solid grip and peace of mind to any type of performer.
This microphone comes with a custom protective pouch and mic stand adapter. Step up and be heard.
Sterling Audio S452 studio headphones are designed for comfortable and accurate monitoring during long studio sessions, DJ performances, chilling out while listening to your favorite tunes, and more. A transparent and detailed soundstage is produced by 45 mm drivers in ported enclosures for reproduction that’s simultaneously expansive, lush, and warm. The S452’s closed-back earcups isolate you from room sounds and other annoyances that hinder critical assessments while recording and mixing, while the padded leather headband and ear cushions are cozy and near imperceptible-even after hours of concentrating on a mix. If you’re a “one ear off” performer while singing or DJing, the S452 accommodates your style with 180° rotatable earcups. These headphones also fold up for easy transport in crowded gig bags, utilize a removable audio cable with a secure twist lock, and offer replaceable ear cushions. The S452 studio headphones are chock full of professional features, and all at a price that will almost make you as happy as winning a Grammy.

Great instructional video! Clear, Precise, Informative! Thank you!
Thank You 🌴 Glad it was helpful!
I like the combination of 2. Alto ts412 with the affordable but excellent quality Harbinger S12 subwoofer. All around great sound and under $1,200 for 2 speakers, 2 stands one subwoofer and all cables needed. Decision based on watching your excellent tutorials
How do you like the alto subs? I recently bought a pair of Harbingr 12” pa’s next are the subs
@@av7809 Altos cost 100 hundred dollars more per speakers 🔊 but are rated much higher than Harbinger. However their 12" speakers and subwoofer are very good especially the new Bluetooth Vari lineup and unless you're playing for crowds of over 60 people the subwoofer does an excellent job and ties in with the Altos just fine at $120 less than the Altos that's why I bought their subwoofer. The Harbinger veri V2312 were not as clear outside and didn't carry the full sound the Altos do. That's why I got the Altos TS412 PA speakers. I thought the Harbinger Subwoofer was enough for my needs and saved me a bit of money. The Vari 2312 is still a great buy for the money and probably the best option in its price range 😀
Great job thank you so much
Thank you! Very helpful!
What microphone 🎤 boom do you use. Like all your, this was no exception "excellent" clear informative tutorials. The guy to go to!
Great video!
Thank you.😀
Best daisy chain video!
Youre a gentleman and a scholar thank you for sharing that truly appreciated!

Well explained
Thanks 😊
Not sure if you mentioned it but I just hooked up a sub onto a bus channel and it works great because I have independent control over the volume of the sub on each channel of my mixer using the monitor 1 send
It's always a great way to get more control over the subwoofer
Good day! Is it possible to set up 4 alto tops and 4 alto subs on a mixer only? If not, what additional accessories will this set up work? Thanks.
Hi. I learnt a lot from ur channel. Can u pls make a video how to connect 4 tops and 2 bass?
This would be a great video. I have 2 tops and 1 sub mad looking to get 2 more top and 1
more sub
i was lucky because i see your new video for set up 1 subwoofer and connect 2 main speakers.yah...i have 2 pa speakers thump 12 inch 1300 watts so.. my question is whats is right power subwoofer for 2 speakers.... something your set up.thank you for sharing your video godbless
Nice video! It helped a lot. Question. Which setting should I put the output crossover in?
Good rule of thumb is between 100 and 120
Amazing tutorial. I have a question. I want to use only one subwoofer and one top. How can I make it possible to have a stereo sound 😊from only these speakers…I was thinking of coming out of the mixer (L&R) into the subwoofer like usual. Then, if I only take a (Left) out from the sub, then into the one top, can I still get both sounds of the (Left & Right)?
What if you have 2 12 inch subs instead of one.
What is your speakers are passive, would you connect directly to the amp from the sub output
Can you go from your mixing board to your mains and from the mains to the sub?
How would I go about with the purchasing of this complete system? Who should I call? Thanks.
I just acquired 2 EV XLZ 12 BT speakers for the house. I'm wanting to get a sub but unsure about just how much sub I need to give me good solid clean bass and can 1 single sub do the job for both PA speakers or do I need to acquire 2 smaller subs? which is more economical and which is more bang for your buck? I may get a mixer too but then doing that means I need a controller and laptop and I'm not ready to spend so much money right now. Just trying to get a banging system for my pleasure and the occasional house party.
can I use the main input for sub and control room for tops
How do I hook up my custom PA to a secondary floor unit to be used as a sub. If this cannot be used as a sub what do you recommend another custom PA?
What would you recommend 4 me to hook up ekx 18 subwoofers to my yamaha 12u mixer
Hi. I would like to know how can I plug a voicetone H1 TC HELICON (pedal for voices) to a Harbinger mixer ?
Can I connect a Harbinger subwoofer to Thumper XT Bluetooth speaker - without a mixer? So I’m sending music to the Thumper powered speaker thru Bluetooth - and need to connect the sun. Thumper works awesome I just can’t get any cable combo that allows the sun to work.
Love your videos. Very informative. I'd like to get some input on a system I'm using. Currently running 2 guitars, bass, 3 vocal mics, and drum kick thru a soundcraft ui16. Main outs to a pair of powered Mackie Thrash 215's. Not a bad sound but missing lows. Considering adding a pair of powered Mackie 118s subs. We play anything from small bars to larger banquet halls and outdoor venues. I want to keep things simple as I am running sound from stage. My thought is running main left and right outs to their respective subs and then running out the high pass outputs to the tops. Will that keep the mix from muddying up? Thanks
Great setup, I think you're good with both top-down and bottom-up wiring. Double-check the manual to make sure mackie may have a better suggestion
Does it matter if your xlr to 1/4 is balanced or unbalanced?
Can I use my Simmons drum amps as a p.a? How would that set up work?
So if I have 2 subwoofers do I just take an xlr from the mixer to an in at the sub and send an out to the in of the speaker and repeat the same with the other space at the mixer for the other sub and top?
How would you hook up 2 subs & 2 top speakers?

Hi I would like to know what subs would go well with my EV ELX115 pa speakers they are not powered speakers and I have the Crown XLI2500 to power the speakers and I need a good mixer
Hello can I also connect an extra power subwoffer trough the monitor input and then from the output of the sub to the other floor monitors
I have the harbinger M100-BT PA and the S12 Subwoofer with no pass through when the sub is connected, any ideas ?
Does the limit signal on the sub suppose to stay on because both power light and limit light signal stays on I have 18 inch sub Harbinger
I have a BEHRINGER Xenyx x2222usb... I have two 15in powered speakers running out of the MAIN OUTPUTS L and R of the mixer... Then I have one 15in powered SUB running out the SUB OUTPUTS 1 and 2, I have each cable running out of the mixer to both the sub INPUTS on the sub... Is this ok? I wanted to do it like this so I can control the sub separately... Im just not sure if I have it correct...
Very hard to get info wiring two active subs in from one aux out or 1 mono out from the mixer!
I posted a video test for the S12s. Are you guys going to post a test of the S12s as well? I would love to see that!!!
Hope this week for a video, and I just watched your video on the S12 good talk on the Sub.
Any mixer would work that has the appropriate plug in ports?
Where do u plug the power amp into?
Should I run my single 18 inch sub woofers out of my A15-in Yamaha’s or should I run the 15 inch Yamahas out of the subwoofers or does it make a difference ?
, thank you, Lamar
I have the same hook up with the exception of my computer and now I hear a high frequency when I turn the faders up do not have a clue what's wrong.
Would a ddj go from master to xlr input 3 and 4?
Hi. I recently bought a LD System IOCA 18A Sub to compliment my Peavey XRs with Peavey SP Dual 15's. Black Widow Equipped. Non Powered.
I need help.
Can you tell me the best set-up for this arrangement?
I'm at a standstill.
Thanks.

Thanks for video man! Please tell me is the one cable from the sub to mixer enough if you want to connect just one top from the sub , using one main output. I try that and it looks it is just fine. Or i have to connect sub with both mains from the mixer , like u did?
There are left channel and right channel which one you go for different speaker
please need help how to contacted Electro-Voice ETX-35P to another EV speaker no sub
I'm coming from my controllers ddjsz2 to external mixer, my main out of controller left and right to line left and right on external mixer, can I run top speakers left and right speakers to main on external mixer and run subwoofer on central room on external mixer to separate top speakers from subwoofer can that be done?
Hoping someone could share some advice. I have 2x PA speakers with 15inch drivers. There is no model or any numbers on the cabinets but the drivers are 15inch eminence drivers.
I have an old kenwood amp that as an output rating of 8-16 ohm. I think the drivers are 4ohm i will have to test them with a multi metre when i can but my main question.
My amp says " lower impedance capability" on the front. Would that mean i could use the amp on these PA speakers.
I have EVs ZLX if I want to add an extra m-audio speakers to it I know it needs to be done the through ZLX output. Do I have to enable anything else on the ZLX (does extra speaker considered subwoofer and needs to be enabled)? If yes, how should I set left ZLX and the left M-Audio? Thank you!
I have zlx powered speakers can i just xlr each speaker to this sub?
good instructional vids.. so hooking up a mixer to sub's input and out to mains....you have to run back and forth to the stage to adjust sub's volume?
if you have more cables and a mixer with more output options you can always do better.
I’d like to buy a s12 sub. Can I hook it up to the m200bt? Thanks
I have a pair of mls 900 were do I hook a powerd monitor at
I have 2 Alto TS415s and a alto TS318 sub how do i connect that? I also have a mackie profx 12 mixer
Okay so I need help I have the speaker and I have the 12 in sub I have one cable but I’ve plugged it in so many different ways and it won’t play bass I’m completely lost
Hello, I have the Harbinger M120 PA system (purchased circa 2016-2017 but still works really well). I’m thinking of buying the Harbinger S12 sub to pair with this system.
Do you know how I’d connect the sub to the amplifier for the PA system? Also, is there a way to divert some of the bass frequency from the PA speakers to the subwoofer?
The video shows one answer which will work in general for the first question. The difference would not to use XLR cables, because the outputs on the mixer use a different cable. The subwoofer is able to use those on the input side. The tricky part is the connection from the subwoofer to the speakers. You need a special cable for that, as the speakers lack XLR connections, too. But those are available.
Your second question is not addressed very extensively in the video, but the answer there is the crossover dial on the subwoofer. This dial sets exactly what you are asking for. It works out the exact point where the subwoofer hands over ("crosses over") to the speakers. What the best setting for your liking is, you have to determine by experimenting for yourself.
Thanks for the info. Is there a way to use this subwoofer with the Harbinger m200 PA? The speakers are passive but the mixer is powered. Cheers.
Yes You Can Use the 3.5 stereo output connection here is the link to the Cable you will need guitar-center.pxf.io/DVNXA2 Livewire Elite Interconnect Y-Cable 3.5 mm TRS Male to 1/4" TS Male. Good News We Will be having a video on the M200 coming up in the next few weeks.
So what happen if you have the harbinger 10s that don’t have adjustments on the back?! There just strictly input
I had asked 2 different people at guitar center and I got 2 different answers. Does it really matter if I come out R/L out my mixer to my sub 1st OR to my top powered PA THEN into my sub? The other night I went from top to bottom sub and it sounded alright to me but IDK for technical reasons.
Thanks for making this video. I need your help. I have Harbinger M200BT and trying to hook up a VS12 sub. I can’t seems to make it work. The mixer came with two speakers that is hooked with 1/4 cable. Please let me know if you can help me. Thanks.

How about if you want to utilize the Harbinger's true Stereo function? Making the 2310 left the master and the right the linked-in speaker. What cables would be need?
I will be making an overview video All about the Vari V2310 Lots to Talk about including the true Stereo function.
Does this way still run stereo?
Do you have a video where you look at the subwoofer cross over and getting the balance right with the tops and mixer? I have a Behringer 15" sub and two vonyx 15" tops with a XENYX Q802USB mixer which I run my dj controller, right and left, through the compressor channels.
I will be making a Video about the Harbinger 18" subwoofer Soon And will Try to add your Question to the Video.

Hi, can xlr cable for microphone be used to connect between subwoofer and full range speaker? Or is there any specific cable to connect between the speakers?
Thankyou

Hello my name is George Im using JBL speakers but don't have a mixer to connect to...can I connect my speakers from the subwoofer to the tops and how to do so.....
I just watched another video and was told that it's best to run the sub off of the monitor or aux on my board rather than connecting directly to the speakers. I don't use monitors so i could run a line from the sub to the monitor out on the board. Do you think that's a better idea?
Can you plug in subwoofer directly to pa speakers? Without the need for mixer?
Yes you Can
I always thought you run your subs from aux send from desk and your 2 main speakers out of mains? That way u have individual volume control over mains n subs, setting them.up like u have means when u turn up the mains the sub volume raises also???? I'm so confused
Subs will take on all the low frequencies it is rated for, It will throw all other frequencies not in its range to the mains. The mains will then take the full range frequencies through the amp one ( class D) and the Higher frequencies through Amp two. (A/B ) Built in , powered speakers.
@@ParanormalResponse so should I daisy chain my subs with my main speakers or separately
Hey, My father recently got 2 Subwoofers and 2 Speakers just like from the Video except I've been having trouble with connecting 2 speakers and 2 Subwoofers to Mixer. I also seemed to have trouble on how to setup the Subwoofer to make sound. It's my first time with these Subwoofers
(The Microphone hasn't arrive yet so, I'll just try to test it when it arrives)
Nobody ever gets an answer
You can connect the main output (L) on your mixer to your (L) subwoofer input then connect the output on that subwoofer to your (L) your speaker input line. Do the same for the subwoofer and speaker side (R).
I have a similar system and was told to run from the board to the top speakers and then go out of the sub into one of the top speakers. Is there any advantage to going from the sub first? Also it means using 4 xlr's instead of 3 .
Going into the woofer first, then out of the sub into the mains removes the low end from the tops.
Josh burdge is that all it does just remove bass from tops?
@@blabla494How important is this if your tops have dsp and fir filters etc .im in the same pickle i have operas 15 .
Will the crossover make them louder?
I've seen other people go from the Audio Mixer Main left and Right and go into the regular PA speaker, and then out to the subwoofer. Essentially, opposite of what you did. Do you recommend that or why do you go from the outs to the subwoofer and then the PA speakers? Anyone can answer.
I have the sane question as well.
And I think I have the answer for that.
1. In this video the subwoofer have crossover and the speaker doesn't?
2. The reason some will go to speaker first because there speaker have crossover but their sub don't.
Like mine I just bought 2 alto ts15s and found out they don't have crossover but my ev zlx 12 p speakers have crossover.
If I'm correct thru does not work Bluetooth for a powered sub how do I hook up jbl irx112 to a sub no mixer sorry for ignorance new at this any help from anyone appreciate it thanks
What does LPF stand for on my powered subwoofer? It starts at 40hz to 180hz and so how do I adjust that frequency?
Thanks
The Low Pass Filter (LPF) is a crossover filter network that allows frequencies below the set-point to pass onto the subwoofer driver

In this set up, how will I control the volume of the sub volume separately from the volume of the FOH main speakers if I am back at the mixer?
It's easier to control if you plug into an AUX/GROUP OUTPUT NOW YOU HAVE FADERS TO CONTROL IT.
@@ChristRecords-ny7mt Update..., That worked! Of course, by splitting them, I was not able to utilize the internal crossover and EQ settings that are built into the sub, so I had to use an external crossover and separate EQ, but it works! Thanks.
What would I do in this setup if I need to add 2 more speakers that need to be delayed for a much larger audience space?
Easy just hook the new speaker to the output of the previous one, to the input of the 2 new speakers you just add. So again plug your cables in the speakers the one hooked to the subwoofer on the outputs and plug the other end to the cables on the inputs of the new speakers you just add.
@@sami011212 that won't solve my problem of delaying the speakers, which I solved by using a DriveRack VENU360. Certainly more of a pain and more expensive, but that is sometimes the way to solve the issue
Oh sorry I was thinking that the speakers are close to each other, because I do that in all my events, but in my case there is only 12 foot between the two speakers.
How do you control the sub from your mixer. I have the same speakers your showing. Hooked it up just like you?
I have 2 PYLE 155st powered speaker. I want to adding subwooper what are the specification.
Where are you located helps with options
Do you always need to have a subwoofer connected to mixer then from subwoofer to speaker? Is it OK to connect mixer to speaker directly without subwoofer?
You probably have got the answer already but just in case - yes of course you can connect without a sub woofer just connecting speaker's to left and right main outs on your amp or mixer!
Can i use one subwoofer for my pa 2speaker sound system?
Lots of people do that, but you have to look at the type of music playing and the size of the space you're playing in.
hi. i have a question. if i have 2 active p.a systems ( bass and tops). can i do the same thing but use one for left and one for right?
If you do that you Need to run everything in Mono. or Mixed Stereo.

TRY THIS SAME THING BUT SHOW HOW TO ADD A DBX DRIVERACK PA WITH MIXER & POWER SPEAKERS
DBX DRIVERACK is a Cool piece of Hardware with the App controlling the Cross-over And EQ. One Day maybe.... one Day.
@@expertisland If I'm using a dbx gorack where in the audio chain should this be. I've been going from my controller xlr to the dbx gorack to the sub and then out to the mains. I set the gorack volume at max and just use my controller to control volume.
Recently had someone tell me I should be going 3.5mm jack from laptop to gorack and then into the controller and out to the sub and use the gorack to control the volume.
Thank you!
Wouldn’t you keep your sub on a separate channel to your mids so you can adjust the sub without disturbing the other speakers
That is a good Add-on I personal like to control the Gain and cross over actively from song to song.
That makes sense. I really want to control my sub separately from my tops, so how would that be wired through my 100' snake? Currently, I'm sending channels L & R from the mixer through Snake and out of A & B into the sub-speaker L & R as he does here? Then to the tops.
@@expertisland So are you saying add a separate crossover to be able to split your subs from your tops?

is there a way to connect my studio mackie sub to a pa amp safely?
It was not intended to take speaker level input I have a feeling it will blow up if not done right
How do I rout signal through it for home party use.
What causes the speakers to have an static sound in them?
so when you say static sound is more pop! click! sound or is it the soft hissing sound?
Soft hissing sound
That is normal hissing is the amp on PA systems you have 2 amps pre-amp & power Amp, the power amp is running at a fixed level 100%,
The Pre-amp is variable, turn up the pre-amp Gain (volume) Makes the speaker louder. the hiss never gets louder.
Home audio system work opposite Pre-amp is fixed,
(Volume) Gain is on the Power-amp side. no volume no hissing, 50% vol 50% of the Hissing but the music is so loud you cant hear it.
Okay thanks
CAN YOU HOOK UP a dj controller to it
For sure, just make sure to get the right cable.
