Mae, "We have to use the system to beat the system." Dorian, "The system is quite literally broken, it's the very reason for the abuse of power." Dorian will only ever be the correct choice.
Dorian is going to be a more successful Archon imho. Tevinter is used to magisters forcing their way to achieve power. Dorian with the Shadow Dragons would bring down the "bad" magisters. Dorian got the power, the will, the wit and the charm to lead Tevinter into a better future. Vote for Dorian 🎉🎉😂😂
I like that even though they have different methods, they stull respect and support the other wholeheartedly. No bitterness about who gets chosen. Just good friends.
Dorian needs to have interesting dialogue when he becomes Archon. How would the Inquisition companions react. Especially Iron Bull and the Divine (Cassandra, Leliana, or Vivienne).
Well… one is someone we know and fought side-by-side with. He’s also willing to adopt other tactics and ideals for Tevinter. The other is some nobody we’ve heard of once in a text operation in Inquisition. I’m going to go with the guy I know and trust.
Hard to say because shadow dragon Rook would know Mae better than the Inquisitor. And DA fans that do consume media outside the game would know Mae from the comics.
Mae is an established character from books & comics but yeah, giving her such a "major" role in the game when most people don't know who tf she is AND making a choice between her or a previous beloved character was definitely a good move by Bioware 🤡
Yeah Dorian sounds like the ideal choice. He comes across as knowing what it takes rather than 'dangerously renegade'. No offence to Maevaris I like her but hell yeah Dorian let's crush slavery.
Honestly this was one of the most disappointing plot points in the whole game. In Inquisition there was blackmail, political intrigue, favor, scandal and a social gathering to attend in order to choose the next ruler for Orlias. But this game just skips all that and everything was basically happening in the background until we kill some corrupt police officer or something, and then we just choose either Dorian or Maeve.
@BBS-dl1lt not really, I think, because if u save Treviso, then Shadow dragons will be almost fully destroyed, but Crows still work if u not save Treviso. But u can't romance Lucanis if u do not save Treviso, and his relationship with Spite will change to
Finally, a video with Maevaris in it so I can see what she looks like in the game! Wait... that's... but her comic art has her so glamorous. Why does she look like that?? The wiki says that her name and appearance are meant to be inspired by Mae West. She doesn't look anything like Mae West!
I chose Dorian mostly because he'd be the Chaotically correct choice for one he'd keep the people and other mages on their toes Maevaris would just play little miss Bleeding Heart of Goodness
@@trutenii Thank you, but I'm thinking of a character, not the actress herself. My question wasn't worded the best, I admit. She sounds like a background character/minor character and I'm not finding either her credit for it or the person who sounds like her.
I chose Maevaris. Not only do I like the character, but I’m so tired when “Fans” don’t bother to do any outside the game research and don’t even know who half the characters are sometimes. Want to really be into Dragon Age? Read the books, watch the movies, etc.
No, we are tired of these delusional characters, which reflect real world ham fisted politics, in our games. This game flopped due to wokeness, and yet another once great franchise lies in smoldering ruins. Oh well, there's always Mass effect to destroy, yay!!!

Make your own game then.
@ How would I make a Dragon Age game when I would be sued into oblivion the moment I start? Silly little activist
@Lethal_Giggles then stop complaining. The game was already made. You just want to be miserable.
Maevaris is a great politician, but Tevinter needs a fighter.
I will pick Dorian because he has same hairstyle as young!Solas
Then just choose Mae. Nothing is good is something is shared with the Egghead.

@BBS-dl1lt yes

Maeveris is so real here. People are the strongest weapon.
Maevaris as Archon and Neve as Threads Boss.
If Maevaris failed, then Neve can clean things up.
I never got this during my playthrough
It doesn't matter, I think, even if we get another Dragon Age game, there will be no choices from the Veilguard.
*SPOILERS*
Stupid question: is this quest locked out or unavailable if you save Treviso over Minrathous?
Yes - if you save Treviso you don't get this quest

Why didnt i get that choice
