I agree with your assessment. I suspect and hope that anyone watching would already know that good implementation and good hiring make these products work even better. In my experience there are always weaknesses and tradeoffs in any software and hardware solution.
Good information! I resell Hosted Exchange, but considering to better understand MS products and introduce to my clients. I was trying to see Prem or E3 to setup for myself. Your video helped me better understand how powerful PREM is and not spend so much $ with an E3 or E5 license. Thanks for sharing!
Hi Jonathan, Have a question if you enroll a win 10 device using a premium account license but users login into those device are business standard users, can I still apply intune policy onto this device? As per microsoft the agent said I can enroll upto 10 to 15devices using same premium account ?
Hi Jonathan, Great video! It was very educational, and I appreciate your efforts. Just one correction I'd like to make: Microsoft 365 Business Premium only provides 50 GB of achieving storage, not 1.5 terabytes as you indicated in your video. Keep up the good work!
Good presentation. Can MS 365 business prem be used to upgrade a windows 10 pro PC to windows 11 pro? Some years back I read something like that not too sure anymore.
Does this license has endpoint protection? I am comparing it with Endpoint Protection P2 plan which give advance threat protection for users endpoint, lets says Windows Laptop! but confused on whether it has protection for PCs or not!
thanks for the details, it's all good until the customer decides to get more than 300 subscriptions which is the limit of the Business plans. I usually check first whether the customer or the users need installable Office apps or not. because it's a waste of money to get the Standard or the Premium subs if they are not gonna use the core components.
Okay, when I navigate to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center - Billing - Purchase services and select view the details of Microsoft 365 Business Premium I see "Operating system:", "Included apps:", "Windows 10", but no other details. What exactly is this feature they are offering? Thanks!
Awesome video Sir. I signed up for premium yesterday. Unfortunately for me, the encrypt option in outlook has remained greyed out (unable to select) when composing emails. CS called today but was unhelpful in figuring out why I can't encrypt emails. Any suggestions?
Hey Jon! Great video! Can I pick your brain for a bit on a few questions about my business security? I’m happy to pay consulting fees for your time! Thanks!
Got a client with 20 people on standard and 40 people on Basic (board members, interns, consultants, advisors and freelancers). Bumping the 20 people on standard to premium is a no-brainer but what do we do to the 40 people on basic when all they really need is a mailbox and maybe access to Teams? Much harder for me to sell a 300% price jump to the CEO in those cases. I'd like all the email protection and remote wiping of company data on BYOD for the people currently on basic but do I really need to go premium on these or would an endpoint license be enough? And if endpoint will work, how do the two systems interact?
Thank you! Still scratching my head! 🤔 I just need a Professional package. I need email, documents, Etc. But what I really need is Publisher because I'm a Writer. . I've had the Basic Software package for two-and-a-half years and was told that publisher was included. It is not!... Been doing research on the Personal package which they say includes Publisher. Finding out that's not true! We can't call to speak to anyone on the phone any more.! Online help initially is a Robot that connects you with someone. 😱 Then I find out that person is a Third Party who charges $30 a month for Tech Support!😠 ... Can't understand why I pay for this software then I have to Pay for Tech Support and they don't have what is supposed to be included in the package!!! Sugar honey iced tea!!! 😒... Why is Microsoft being so Insensitive to Their Customers Rightful Needs? Nobody cares anymore! They just care about making the money!!! 😭 Can you please tell me how to resolve this problem! Please! I don't have any more hair to pull out from the stress of it all! Sincerely yours, Burned Out!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Is this a sponsored video or your own personal opinion? I'm on the fence about buying this product for my SME but finding reviews/opinions that are not "paid for" is proving difficult.

So basically if you wanna secure your data and tenant you need to pay 💰 more 😂😂 ! Got to love Microsoft
Thanks for this informative video Jonathan, would say the MS defense that comes with 365 business works the same as an Endpoint like SentinelOne?
Defender for Endpoint is a great product but not as feature rich as S1. S1 includes a SOC which Defender for Endpoint Plan 1 does not
Great overview, thank you!

I don’t believe so.
Absolutely fantastic content. Thanks.
I'm a bit lost, is the Intune included, or do i need it as a separate license per user?
Intune is included in Premium
Great video, It's very helpful. Please create a video about the comparison between MS Business Premium vs E3

Intune and Defender for 365 are available as independent products so you don’t have to use Premium. Use basic and add the individual products you need

Hey
Microsoft 365 Business Standard has Publisher
Thank you Jonathan! 🤗👍
Is this a sponsored video or your own personal opinion? I'm on the fence about buying this product for my SME but finding reviews/opinions that are not "paid for" is proving difficult.
None of my videos are sponsored by Microsoft. Premium is a must for any business but it needs to be configured correctly
@@bearded365guy Thanks Jonathan, much appreciated bud. 👍
Its so confusing. Whether to go for endpoint manager and business standard
Go for Premium. Lots of features for a good price.
