I have been training handstands for more than 1 year and I still couldn't hold it. Sometimes I would balance and most of the times I would fall, out of all other youtubers your tips worked for me. I always thought about locking my elbows out but not exactly contracting my triceps to keep thst pushing, but when I did the correction I can easily hold the handstand. Thanks a lot man, you solved me year old problem. My gratitude towards you is immeasurable.

I know what to do but like you say it alot harder to when in handstand position than you think. I do everything you say in video and can hold allmost strait for 30 sec when stand close to a wall with out touching it thoug but if try free stand with no wall close i get 5 sec 😪 but keep traning and 1 day I get it

Sometimes you can know a lot of the theory with a skill and now it just comes down to putting in the time.

@@TysonE true but I only trained towards handstand for 3 months so still happy with progress, spend alot off time on mobility flexible, when started it my shoulder flexible was bad that improve alot i think I worry to much when try freestand then loose balanse, wife have filmed when I stand close to wall and 30 sec no problem with out touching with nice strait body, good videos keep it up im 49 started callesthetic 11 month ago for the last 3 months I started practice towards handstand. Plank, so hard can do crow pose with strait arms for 15 sec now couldentt do 1 sec when started, tried tucked plank but a few second so fare it be a long road, but I love the challenge will get the plank 1 day yes my goal is Christmas next year

Why not train for one arm handstand?

Too long to achieve with little transferability.

    Are you wearing 2 watches?

Whoop and Garmin watch. Prefer garmin for time (whoop don’t tell time, has no face) and if I run cycle or swim it has better metrics. Whoop I like how it measures recovery with HRV. Need Oura ring next haha
