Xciting 500 Changing the Air Filter

Here I show how to change the air filter on a 2010 KYMCO Xciting 500Ri scooter. This is one of the easier things to do on this scooter and most riders should be able to do this on their own.

thanks for the tip. i used some lubricant on the rubber side when inserting a new one. slides easy.

Great, just be sure and use a type that won't break down the rubber.

Hi Wayne, I have had an 2010 xciting 500 r ABS i for a month, and I want to install the voltmeter with usb socket. So far everything is clear. But my bike has two headlights and only one low beam comes on. So I would like to connect the two headlights so that they turn on low beam. Can I take the current from the cable that goes to the other lighthouse? Do you know a better solution? Thanks a lot.

New oil filter installation, use oil for shifting.

your videos are shot too dark and are very hard to see. I respectfully recommend videotaping in the bright daylight or under a strong overhead light fixture ect..other than that your videos are very good and informative.
