I’ve lived in the area for most of my life. Downtown winter garden has become very impressive. Downtown, for the most part house wise, it is not cookie cutter homes. Very unique, charming and quaint. The downtown area is rather small which is great. Winter Garden is huge from a zip code perspective. Stretches all the way from lake Apopka to 192! There is tons of land not yet developed. Warning do not swim in Lake Apopka. Every other lake sure.

It was simple. The DMV was surprisingly super easy. Not like at home ! First thing is to switch to a Fla license.

Yes for the most part, I believe there has been less than 30 alligator attacks since 1948 or something like that. Most lakes also have signs to warn people not to mess with the animals especially in mating seasons.
