I have experience accounting for real estate investment funds so thank you for your insights, One question I would ask what type of roles are available within the investment firms?
I am in the midst of getting my license in January 2023 and I am interested in how you assist your sellers with staging. My coverage area has a sizeable city in it, but I have yet to find talented and "modern" staging companies that compare to larger markets like Los Angeles. I feel this service would also bring value to my clients and make me stand out if I can personally assist with staging in my area. Any tips are appreciated. ☺️
There are stagers everywhere! I wouldn’t look for a stager who only specializes in modern - every home has a unique style you want to cater to. Any good stager, will be able to adapt to the best design style for the home. My best advice is ask around your brokerage on who other people use or if you ever visit a listing and admire the staging, ask the agent if they’re willing to share their information!
