Love your channel and all your Audi TT related videos. I personally have an TT 3.2 mk1 with 260k km, DSG. Had it for over 5 years. Very reliable car. Only major issues were the starter motor burning out twice in the heat of summer. This car is really keeping its value. Current market price is same as what I paid for it back in 2016.

the 3.2 was sold in the us but was a rare spec compared to the tfsi 2.0. Hoping to get one as my next car as this past week an amazon driver totaled my MK5 GTI :( Mechanic checking out the TT soon though! Hope it all goes well
Hi man! Been watching all your 3.2l TT vids recently as thinking of picking one up. Is the fuel as bad as everyone says? What’s your average MPG on short around town kind of journeys?
The Mk2 3.2 was sold in the US for 08 and 09 model years and sold poorly in comparison to the 2.0 turbo. Manuals are hard to find as most buyers optioned for the DSG.

Good question. The answer isn't going to please you. This exhaust had already been put on just before I got the car. I'm pretty sure it bolts on. There's a link to it in the description in my exhaust vid I think. Pretty sure the diffuser wasn't modified to make it fit.
This one came from Pistonheads. Right time, right place I guess. If you want a cherished example stick to owners groups, clubs and forums. There’s a good 3.2 TT group on Facebook and one for the MK2 in general. Good luck and thanks for watching.
I bought a mk1 tt but sold it in 1 week as felt claustrophobic the windscreen seemed too close to my face. Do you find the mk2 has better space from the windscreen distance perspective? Or can relate to what I am saying?
Oh the difference there is night and day. The mk2 is a much larger car and the windscreen feels miles away in a comparison. If you don’t like close windscreen steer clear of older cars. The screen on my 944 is really close!
@@damos_cars I think that's the problem I have with Audi in general - My 2004 Golf GT TDI has all of those as standard. Recently I bought a 2009 TT TDI S-Line Special Edition on a whim at auction. Now you'd think with all that 'S-Line' and 'Special Edition' it would be fairly well specced, but no auto lights, wipers, mirror and no cruise control. Bose sound system very nice though!

Hi thank you. In town you can expect 20 to 25 UK MPG depending on how you drive. On a steady 60mph you can push it up to 37 UK MPG. Cheers.
The top button disables the interior sensors if you were to leave a dog or child in the car. Press it then lock the car. It is still alarmed.

I had the mk1 and it was a bit more raw in drivability the mk2 that I currently own is bigger and lighter feeling so much fun 🤩 these cars lol 😆
Yep, know exactly what you mean. The mk2 does lack a bit of feel when pushing along.
