Only thing I wish they would change about this show is to have more shows more often. Gonna be a sad day when Dave goes into his well deserved retirement!

100% agree. It’s not the same when it’s the other personalities… we need “Papa Dave”

I don't think he'll ever retire. I think he'll slow down but he'll be hosting things like this show from time to time for the rest of his life, just my opinion, because he enjoys it, he's good at it, and he believes it is his calling.

Love seeing Dave in this show. You can tell when he’s on the normal Ramsey show that occasionally he’s a bit bored with the repetitive nature of the questions and answers, but with EL you can see the passion burning! Love it! Thanks from Sydney, Australia’s.

I'm loving Dave on this show. The perfect match. It's a great way for us to see more of the wisdom he's built over all these years

Yeah this show is awesome, first of all we get pure Dave, and he's kind of trying to grow this part of the business so it reminds me of old school Dave from the early days of the radio show. Not that he's changed much, but you can tell he's excited and passionate about this. Also you get to hear stuff I have NEVER heard him talk about before because it just didn't come up. Great show!

The thing about Framers saying i built that house, we noticed this building a garage. We'd worked with all kinds of construction workers and handymen and bricklayers, electricians, carpenters, etc.... but Framers are a completely different type of people. They take a lot of pride in their work and there's like a respect thing going on. They show up, they look like cowboys, they basically are saying "There is nothing here, and when we leave tonight there will be something here the entire neighborhood can see." Very interesting profession.

Dear EntreLeadership team, please do more clips. It is hard to watch these 40 min videos. But, I really like the 10 min ones.

This gentleman should go out and work in the HVAC field and work with the installers and technicians to get a feel for what they do. He will gain knowledge and gain respect from his dad and the many people who work for him.

As an entry level engineer I was surprised that I was paid $25/hr +Benefits and my employer at the time billed us out at $200/hr.
At my current job we are a Non-profit and employees are billed out at:
wages +58% fringe Benefits + 60% Facilities and Admin
    $1000 wages = $2530 Billing.
That's billing out at 2.5x just to break even. We aren't as efficient administratively as a private business.

60% utilization is way too low for a worker bee. If they were doing business development or management maybe, but not a regular employee. They should be 80-90% utilized

Dave talks endlessly about data and facts, but that 51% no income tax thing has been debunked 100 times over. The study just proved that 51% of households are at subsistence level. And subsistence level households pay plenty of income taxes.
