    I'm loving this series and appreciate the simplicity of your editing! Honestly a breath of fresh air compared to tutorials with distracting music 🙏

    I love the slide low and slow pop up.
    Very different from other stuff on TH-cam.
    Makes a lot of sense.
    I’m just a. Beginner so I’ll have to practice this.

    Thanks for an informative little vid. Short but kinda perfect not overwhelming and covered alot. My mind and body will appreciate adding this to my journey of starting body boarding. Thankyou

    It'd be cool to make a video comparing a weak paddler vs a strong paddler paddling out with a drone to see if you can spot where the weak paddler is loosing ground (stroke rate, paddle efficiency, duckdiving, post-duck-dive recovery, paddle strategy etc), . I have this issue (stroke rate is good) but am slow to make it out the back, and struggling to identify where.

      As a new surfer, paddling is definitely the hardest part for me too

    One thing about this series, you can also be looking over the ocean to see swell, currents, peaks, rips and anything else important to the session. Thanks and keep these going. All the way from So New Jersey!

    Kale, thanks for bringing Nick's expertise to us once again. These stretch exercises are excellent even if you do just a few regularly. They make a big difference on the board especially for us that have tighten muscles, ligaments, etc.

    I really like these vids too, bit what would be better is an exact follow along. Would be cool to save your follow along then do it before each surf. Great vids tho 😆👍🤙

    Hey mate, great vid . Does the full course focus purely on movement and flexibility for the surf, or is there a strength / activation aspect too for making sure you're recruiting the right muscle groups?

    • @KalesBroccoli
      @KalesBroccoli  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      There is some body weight strength in there similar to a yoga pattern. Our fitness course is coming soon

    • @arunr5529
      @arunr5529 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@KalesBroccoli Thank you. It looks great and I'll probably sign up, I just want to make sure I've got the right muscle groups working and particularly doing things for shoulder stability to protect the neck.

    Nice for dry exercise sessions, but for "warming up", it´s bullocks! If you go into a cold ocean all warmed up, it is the exact opposite of what you are trying to achieve. You get shocked and are more prone to injury!
