TH-camrs need to stop comparing prices to western countries. $480.00 for that apartment is expensive for the area. By continuing to overpay, the price continues to go up.

That's your opinion and thanks for sharing it. People can make their own choice. Of course prices are cheaper if you sign a longer term contract. We think this was a very good price. Looks like we disagree and that's OK. :-)

For the people who mentioned that it is pricey … guess what, my studio in Taiyo hotel will be 850 USD a month. Pricey? Sure, but some of us like the little ‘extra’

I have watched several similar videos but when I looked at the visa opportunities, I realized that the only foreigners who would be in the market for an apartment or house would the the few who have a job or a skill that locals did not have. That is likely rare now. So the most likely seekers of housing are in fact the TH-camrs who walk visit these apartments and sell their video experiences on line.

Here in USA, richer people from A move to poorer places like B and buy properties. After that the prices go up because of less supply and more demand. I watched your video in ko Samui about your villa you rented out for £620 and it looks much better value for money than this one.
Can you not rent detached villas like the one you had in Ko Samui ?

Hello. The price was greatly reduced in Koh Samui as it was during the pandemic. I didn't look for somewhere of that standard in Da Nang so don't know how much something like that would cost.

This is the first TH-cam thread I’ve ever commented on and some of these questions just amaze me. I mean really? You’re asking that question here? Did you watch the video? These guys have class and are very respectful towards everyone they meet. It’s clearly not a frat boy, party party! video. Why ask the producer such a question?

@@TrevorMelbourne-ef1in Because I wanted to know. I have an inquiring mind.
