    3. Walking More than 10,000 steps

    Health tips..
    1.రోజూ Sun light లో కొంత సేపు ఉండాలి
    2.Intermittent fasting చెయ్యాలి
    3.walking (at least10 thousand steps )
    4. 20 minutes ఒకసారైనా కదలాలి
    5.దాహం అనిపించినపుడు నీరు త్రాగాలి.
    6.ప్లాస్టిక్ వాడకూడదు.
    7.vegitable oils వాడకూడదు. Ghee వాడవచ్చు
    8.సెల్ రేడియేషన్ ను అవాయిడ్ చేసుకోవాలి.
    9.నిదరపోయేముందు tv, లాప్టాప్, cell చూడకూడదు.
    10. సరైన సమయం నిద్ర పోవాలి

    1.Sun light(11am-1pm) more effective time for vitamin d
    2.Intermittent fasting(step by step slowly)
    3.walking>10000 steps for better mind health
    4.body should be in moving position frequently don't be more time in seating position
    5.plastic ban
    6.drink water when ur feeling trusty don't take too much water if not feeling trusty
    7.vegitable oils don't use for cooking (ghee, coconut, butter are good)
    8.dont spend and use much time on electronic gadgets (radiation effect) particularly kids
    9.avoid seeing gadgets screen before sleep or bed(tv, mobile, laptop)
    10.good sleep & avoid late night sleep

I like ur explaination it's very difficult to learn 300 books and u spreading information to all by ur channel. great 👌 my weight on 65 kg on June month.i did different types of exercise Nd stop junk foods but no use.later I started playing Shettle for 3 months Nd now my weight 58kgs my target is 45kgs can I continue shettle or start intermediate fasting

      @@user1994gms sunlight is not optional. But, a necessity. In order to get the vitamin D3 from sunlight, we need cholesterol. Oils are inflammatory so it's not good for us.
