hello Sir! its excellent diet, first 2 weeks lost 6.8kg. need to check my weight tmr for 3rd week. I have 2 questions for you..
1. I am 48yrs old and had heart attack in 2016 and all is well from them. Recently my weight gone to the highest 148.9. So finally started your diet and working well. Since eating too much fat won't effect my ldl levels? I am having statin on daily basis as prescribed by doctors.
2. my wife started the diet with me and lost 3kgs in first week and only 100grms in 2nd week. She had surgical menopause in 2015, from then she put on lot of weight even she eats less. Will this diet help for woman who gone this forceful removal of uterus? As they will be lot of changes in the body...please advise..
