    After listening to ur videos i motivated myself. but found out I am lazy @ making my bed
    Drinking water without brushing is already past habbit due to constipation fear.
    I not able to try brushing with left hand even after listening to u.
    Mediation even for jus 2 min very difficult why I don't know.
    I lift weights without moving much but i am interested in cardio .
    Few days I adopted Cold shower I stopped after I am getting cold .
    First time I am trying 7 min to do list.. should see results
    Soothings songs nyc idea its working I think .

    On 8th point: I think focus should be given to "most IMPORTANT" task but not "hardest one" because hardest may steal major portion of the day and it leads to not getting enough time to complete remaining smaller tasks.
