My father has a ford transit from 2021, at only 18.325 km (11.386 miles) the motor wouldn't start start from first ''key', it start from 5! or not at all, we went to the dealership where I bought it, after allmost 3 mounth the verdict was: small block cracked and upside down segments. In first year the van had first oil change at 9.700km (6.000 miles), second year at 13.888(8.629 miles) and third year a new motor from warranty. You think the problem was he drove a short distance and the engine did not warm well?

Which Ford factory does the bi turbo 4 cylinder diesel engine sourced from? Is it the Ford Dagenham UK factory or the Ford Struandale South Africa factory?

I own a 2.0 Bi-turbo 4WD car in Vietnam and it is having major problems with the 10-speed transmission.
Ford is reviewing and replacing damaged components in this transmission.
And it's sad that we can't exchange a new gearbox for the customer. You should not buy Everest and Raptor with 10-speed gearbox, but 6-speed is better.

Why Ford does not make an Engine that is fuel consumption is higher and can compete with Toyota, mitsubishi, Isuzu and other. Consumer are looking for that Engine that is higher in fuel consumption.

Fords powerful and advanced engineering? What a croc of sh*t. My so called advanced engineering is the latest diesel engine in my transit that blew up last week, less than two years old, and now needs a new engine.its causing me lost wages being self employed, hassle I don’t need and haven’t got time for and above all I don’t want their bad design. Rubber sitting in oil! Absolute crap! I will never buy a £60k van again, I will never buy FORD AGAIN! I hope Ford read these reviews.
