Demonshyne is already back and reuploading his gifs. But i was gonna still do this to make other gifs he didn't do like mahoraga and yuta and shit. But ion feel like doing all this work for it

They didn't make the gif reaction section FOR people to make their own gifs. It's just a fun addition to their platform using a secondary service that already exists.

You can upload gifs to giphy with a regular account. But instagram will only pull gifs from brand channels
