Great stuff, can't wait :) See you later
Thank you!
I just mounted two of my Platyceriums. I did not know about the holes in the back. Can I cover the hole with some screen or mesh. I always seem to get ants and have to treat. Thoughts? And thank you for sharing!!
Hey! We did not cover it with mesh, but adding mesh is good to prevent the moss fallen apart too. As for ant problem. I usually just soak in water and chase them away.
Do you guys ship to the U.S.? Wonderful tutorial by the way!
Hey! I think so, Let us check with logistic fare and get back to you. Btw, can you drop us an email so that we cn reach out to you. Thanks!
Can you use orchid mix under the moss? It is readily available.
Hmm I am not sure your orchid mix tho. But they do share similar growing patterns like epiphyte orchid. Maybe you can try
What is the center hole (on the S) and the 4 holes on the M for?
That one is a drainage hole. the 4 holes are for ziplock purposes.
It looks like it would be a lot easier to first secure the platycerium using the zip ties before adding the moss. I will have to try and see!
I have a P. Superbum that I have been afraid of mounting beacuse I don't want to damage the shield, but I think using the zip ties will be easy.
Thans for the video!
