whoa thank you! I don't know what I did differently, but all of the other depot commands on reddit couldn't help me opening CK, somehow yours was the first to actually open CK and even better when using MO2

im trying to download the depots for the creation kit version but im getting an error saying "Depot download failed : missing license for depots 1946182"
Hello @Tommygun684, I don’t know anything about that issue sorry. I would start over from the the beginning. Uninstalling everything and try again. Sounds like Steam is not recognizing your Creation Kit install. Make sure you run the new CK before downgrading to get the license. Let me know if you get it working or not I’ll try and do some research.

Hey after i downloaded the three depots through the console and copied them to the SSE root folder I returned to the steamapps folder. i dont have an appmanifest_489830. I have two appmanifest that dont match the video. What should i do in this case? Thank you for the help!
Hello @ExoticCatLitter, Lets make sure we are are on the same page here. So you went to your SteamLibrary>steamapps and there's no appmanifest_489830.acf there? Where did you install the Game? In the video I install to a different drive then where my main Steam is downloaded. Go to your Steam App>Library>SkyrimSE click on the gear icon, Go to Manage>Browse local files, Now you should see your Root folder click on the steamapps that's in the page bar. It should be there. Let me know if it's there.
@@RisingDragonForge I ended up figuring it out. I opened the game and checked in the system menu what the version was. It was displaying the correct version and when I closed it an opened the steamapps folder, the correct file was there! Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the tutorial!
