    Ah thanks man, awesome video!!
    I also got a question. Do you know why video recording is much darker than a picture? Pictures have much more pretty lighting (more warm, brighter, more "sunny")
    Just increasing exposure comp. doesn't really help because it just overexposes the bright parts. Same with increasing ISO etc. It must be something else, because it's not only exposure but something looks really different in the preview/picture (which are the same), vs the movie recording.
    Also, if you stream the A6600 to PC (which uses the preview feed, not the actual movie recording), the lighting is also the good one. It's really only movie recording. Couldn't really find anything on this on the internet

      Hmm, are you using the SLOG video mode? That will make it look kind of grey and flat. That could be the thing?

    Sorry I wanted to ask as you said to the the data to 100Mb/s but chosen 50Mb/s was that just an error in the voice over?

    Thanks for this guide! Just want to know if there's a setting to show video crop frame before pressing rec button. Because if I set the camera with a tripod and I frame a particular scene, when I press REC, it zooms 1.5x and I lost the exact sized frame. Any help?

      Hmm, that's odd. I haven't had this happen to me before. What resolution and frame rate do you have the camera set to?

    I had a quick question. For Some reason my A6600 doesn't show 25p. Is there something I'm missing?

    • @NickKendall
      @NickKendall  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmm are you seeing 24p? Your camera might be in NTSC mode instead of Pal?

      @@NickKendall Yup looks like I was shooting in NTSC. I guess a follow up question to that. I am in the states and most of my clients are here. Does shooting in pal or NTSC matter anymore?

      Shouldn't matter too much if you're only posting your content online. I think it matters more with tv broadcast and you might have the occasional issue with lights flickering since they're on different frequencies in different countries. Other than that I think it really just comes down to the different frame rates.

    Hi man, what kind of video capture are you using?

    • @NickKendall

      I just used a video capture card from Amazon and then recorded the feed using OBS :)

    Was this video shot on 6600?

    I have to say thank you for your interesting video on the A6600 video settings. I just wish you could stay focused on the subject and avoid all that extra non-sense talking. You are doing great but a small adjustment request from your audience is justified.
