i need help with categories - in Outlook 2016 i have a category called e.g urgent invoices - if i log into Outlook Web version i cannot organise 'urgent invoices' category instead all categories are jumbled which i cannot work with ..... from next week Outlook 2016 i use via a works portal is closing so i must get to grips with 365. pls pls can you help?
