    Great tips. This uses some of the methods that I use but I think yours are superior. Will apply this in my flow too. I think I've been mainly falling down on allocating time to action the emails. Thanks so muc.

    Excellent video! Do you group your emails by conversation on the inbox, before moving them to a folder?

      I tried using conversation view but didn't really work for me, I prefer to keep them in strict chronological order. But I do use the 'Clean Up Conversation' feature quite often to remove redundant messages.

      Glad you liked the video! The shortcut I use is Ctrl + Shift + V, and then I press the number of the folder (e.g. 1 for priority, 2 for doing later, etc.)
