INGREDIENTS:
2 medium size potato
Water
Cook until soften
Let it cool down
Boiled peas 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Mix herbs 1/4 tsp
Smashed well
Bread slices
Spread potato mixture
1 egg
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper powder
Milk 1/2 cup
Mix well
Oil 1 tbsp
Dip bread slices into milk mixture
Fry until golden brown
Fry every side well
