1 onion.
1 pepper.

1/2 tablespoon sugar.
500 ml milk / 2 cups (17 fl.oz).
200 grams flour / 11 tablespoons (7 oz.).

Dough:
3 eggs.
Salt.
3 tablespoons flour.
breadcrumbs.
butter (for frying).
