I tried it with Knorr chatpatta and it tasted like chow mein noodles. I added the taste maker as well while boiling the noodles as well as carrot bits and cabbage.
It's a pretty good sauce base.

I always add the noodles hot water to sauce. also. why are you putting ingredients into a bowl and then putting them in another bowl. just pour then from packet or bottle
