This is still in my opinion, the best character introduction, in all of anime. They’ve hyped Madara up ever since the show began. And he came right out the gate and boxed the entire Shinobi alliance. The hype lived up to and in some ways exceeded.
Fix
The appearance planning was excellent, but The animation was a little sloppy and lazy.
In many frames we see background ninja just standing around, and fhe overall art quality should’ve been ramped up for Madara’s appearance tbh.
@@maalikserebryakov for 2007 i'd say this is good. Nowadays it's easier to make fluid animations including help from CGI to make the environments "alive". Although Mob Psycho 100 was done entirely by hand..

Being 2023 not enough people will truly understand how unbelievable this moment was. Madara was HYPED up for YEARS and so many people doubted him and called him a fraud for YEARS. There was like a stretch of 2-3 years of people calling Madara a fraud and for him to come in and do this absolutely shut everyone down. Bro came in and over delivered. I'd give anything to experience this moment in its prime.

I am in 2024 and watched 50+ anime and finished onepiece(currently in wano arc) but man I haven't seen such a moment in anime , I wish I can forget this scene and scream like I did before
Wait for Solo Leveling later seasons. Sung Jin becomes something that calling him a god will be an understatement. He is also the king of the dead, and the shadows he raises are his past contenders, and each shadow alone is one man army in itself. Beru, one of his shadows, defeated the entire S-rank hunters alone before Sung Jin defeated him and recruited him, andhe is basically the second strongest guy in the manhwa. Sung Jin will win even if the entire universe combined against that one person. And that is just one of his abilities. And he was once the weakest of all monster hunters in human race.

@@bananasenpai yup and a small detail I think just makes it so good is the reanimated sclera. The black goes with the sharingan so well and the neon streaks being produced almost portray them moving at the speed of light :D

I've never watched Naruto, I know enough though... I come back to this scene a lot. Madara is cool af.
Same, I mean he’s the one who led the clan during the Waring Clans Era. He didn’t live in a time of safe villages and academies and whatever else, just fighting, blood and death.
He probably fought actively every day of his life. To him these modern shinobi are like soft children in comparison. The only person could could fight him to a standstill was the literal God of Shinobi.
He’s just in a class of his own, I love that. There’s literally two Jinchuriki in that alliance and he’s running right at them head on, his Sharingan is strong enough to subdue the Nine Tails. I mean, seeing him literally run through them is so satisfying and fitting!
Madara was the best thing in Naruto. Nobody has come close to the sheer brilliance this guy has shown.

It’s such a power move that as a reanimation he has infinite chakra and can’t die and yet he doesn’t even use any of his chakra for the shinobi alliance army (resorting to taijustu and kenjutsu with like a single sharingan genjutsu) and isn’t harmed by any of them until Temari shows up. It’s like he’s saying it doesn’t matter if he’s immortal, he wouldn’t have been touched even if he could have been killed.
