My two very good friends who are still working at AWS and one of them is HM and the other one BR, say that this advice is to be "enjoyed" with utmost caution. They say that if candidate they would be interviewing sticks to 60 sec stories would be immediate red flag and it would be considered that candidate is not able to talk at length.
I disagreed. The interviewers are trained to asks many questions to follow up with probing questions per each initial ones. If the candidate is lengthy, the listeners will mentally check out.
So grateful for this knowledge! Can you please make a video on how non-tech background candidates can prep stories to answer leadership principles in a techy way? For ex/ healthcare background w/ even more mentions of healthcare technology used at work.

Hello holly i got my final interview panel at amazon , after that they told me to have just one on site visit kind of simple interview, after this I didn’t hear from them it has been 4 days till now , however my application status changed to no longer under consideration on the website and have been archived , what this means?
Means, You are no longer further, amazon wont give any further explanations what and why??? that is protocol clearly mentioned in policy which you received in interview mail. We are not able to provide in detail feedback and we appreciate your understanding .
