Holly! You've helped me land a Solutions Architect role at AWS! Thank you so much for these videos! I followed your tips to the T and it worked out wonderfully. One thing I think helped (or may not have) was researching my interviewers. Seeing who they were, what they specialize in. I was able to find information about each person such as blog posts on architecture solutions and discussed it with them as an ice breaker. They seemingly loved that and loved talking about said work. Thanks again Holly!
monday i had an interview 3 times of 45 min and they sent me offer same day even when my english is not perfect, your videos helped me a lot i just saw few of them
I finished my Loop interviews last Thursday for a Sr. Finance position and did very well thanks to watching all of your Interview Strategy playlist! I'm very glad I prepared 12 stories with multiple LPs even though my recruiter recommended 8. My recruiter messaged back on Tuesday saying they're working on an offer and eagerly awaiting the details :) Is there room for me to negotiate base compensation for a L5 position? I was told L6 is easily attainable for my role after two years so don't want to stretch too far during negotiations, thanks!
First, congrats! And, you should negotiate. Check out my salary playlist! Secondly, you should never trust an employer providing timeline on promotion as nothing is guaranteed.
@@HollyLeeCoaching Just finished watching all the videos and should be seeing an offer end of day today! I plan on letting the recruiter know I'll take 24 hours to consider the offer and target the medium to high range on base comp as I have 10+ years of Finance experience and career accomplishments I've already outlined during the Loop and HM interviews 😀
Congratulations! I love hearing this. Just had a good phone screen with the Hiring Manager yesterday that went 15 minutes over (1h 15m total). Hoping I’ll be moving forward. I’d love to hear how your negotiations go. Best of luck!!!
Good question and great idea! For now, my best tip for you is to learn how American companies work, such as their work culture and expectations. You can also check out my "workplace" playlist.
Everything confuses me these days, of the "new" style of recruiting. Sounds like you have an awesome background and the Recruiter wants to stay in touch!
@@HollyLeeCoaching I had this same situation. I was scheduled for technical and loop interview while the position got moved to "no longer under consideration". I passed the technical round and while preparing for the final round, a week before it, I was informed that the position had been filled.

Why does Amazon ask if you've applied before?
my profile says "No longer under consideration," and Recuiter still wants to schedule a call for an update, it can be confusing. what this mean
