I will honestly tell you as a 46 year old black man . Until , I learned how to deal with my pain , abandonment issues and trauma . The only thing I could truly offer a sister was d:ck and dollars . Therapy changed my life and the very kind of black women that I avoided is the kind of woman I’m attracted to. Plus , since I knowi how to help a sister work through her stuff , I’m no longer repelled by it

Hi Reggie. Congratulations on you owning you and supporting yourself and loving yourself, enough to put yourself in therapy. Whenever you’re ready, if you’d ever like to share your story, I’d love to interview you please and thank you? I’m a small TH-camr just starting. I want to use my platform to get the conversations going. I put myself in therapy when my daughter was 2 (2019) bc I really wanted to do things differently and knew I needed help in doing so. @@kingjames9875 black women have been supporting black men for decades, decades and you know it. We still get the short end of the stick. how many sisters have helped build a brother up and he left her for a white woman! How many?? so don't say that we're not supportive because we are. I know women who have taken in broke men broke in spirit broke in the wallet no education no driver's license, his non paying child support ass has nothing but the clothes on his back along with his 55 inch TV and his video games. Sad. I hang up the phone from listening to my girlfriend's woes and I listen to the peace within my house because I don't deal I drama. I've never let a man live with me I don't tolerate the bull that's why I live so well and I have everything that I have because I've never let a man bring me down. men see what I have and they want to try to get with me I'm not stupid my eyes are wide open not even shut wide open to the games. Women say they want a man that is very attractive, yet most women can't deal with the reality that those type of dudes all sought after by a significant portion of women. Women have unrealistic standards. You want a man desired by a lot of women, but you want him to only want you. Good luck with that. 2- You want a man that has a lot of money but you want him to only want you. The only thing better than old vagina is new vagina. You want a so-called bad boy until reality hits you, usually by children, weight gain, or age. Then you require more substantial things from decent dudes than from the dudes that got your most attractive years. Good luck on that.

FRANK CASTLE well they have used the government to remove the men out of the community with the use of government assistance, child support, public acceptance at the largest percentage of any race. they have chosen power over cooperation. A report was written in 1965 that predicted this, Moynihan report was dismissed and ridiculed but was it accurate? Guess it’s based on interpretation, but no men raising boys, equal no men. • @justemeka

However, you choose to expose your ignorance for an answer just seconds away via google or any open-source research. Please don't believe your hype because I'm well educated than you. I know this based on the number of degrees I have, my exposure and research, and your inability to hold a rational discussion.

@MsZoomification I started my comment with how disingenuous those women are and how black women in America need to look at themselves to understand why they are the least desired in the sexual market place. You pivoted to talk about how black men end up in jail/prison and to you that's staying on topic or very relevant to the discussion. I wonder what kind of education you had. You saw my name and felt it's in your place to let this African know and want to label me as uneducated and when I called you out on how ignorance, stupid and poorly educated you are, your view changed. Guess that's a paradigm shift for you. Typical ignorant black american woman.

    • @justemeka
      @justemeka 4 ปีที่แล้ว +10

@MsZoomification Do you mind reading your comment again. First, I'm a black man. I know many black Americans of slave decent think they are the only black people on earth else you would not refer to demographics. Second, you probably have no clue of where I reside - again you see why I refer to you as being ignorant and I'm not trying to be disrespectful. I believe, but I maybe wrong, only one lady in that group has a man (second husband) and when they and you speak of lack of leadership or maturity on the part of black men, I really don't know the kind of black men you and those ladies are referring to. The black men I know exemplify leadership traits, maintain their family structure, are highly educated, hardworking and owners of businesses. Again, conduct a proper introspection on yourself so you can ascertain why you are attracting immature black men into your life.

But men never take the time to figure that out because of their ego, examples and past experiences. Just like a woman can resort to her sexuality, because that's all she's ever known. The first thought that they may have is "why dont you look in the mirror" because that's how rife feminism is unconsciously in our society and it has brainwashed most females that being contrarian and vain is good enough if you look good enough, and developing character is not important, which of course is a fantasy. This plutocratic/%1 based system NEEDS that fantasy to thrive; cant have the court systems redistributing wealth or keep up with Jones' with a bunch of grounded/high character females running around, that shit dont sell.
Until that is, the shit goes out of hand on a global scale and they make the decision that its too many participants in this whole game and we need to thin the herd because this charade cant propagate itself much longer.
_Which is where we are now_
The Stephen Jackson situation is a sign of the times, and further proof that both sexes have adjustments to make. Men are beginning to prefer peace over the other P, especially in THIS social/economical reality: now is definitely not a time to have weak, vapid connections around you.

But I learned that when I got tired of losing at life, there was a winning formula that I could follow: the Bible. The more I spent time with God, the more confident I felt about myself as a man. That’s when women started to notice what I brought to the table. I respect your decision if you choose not to follow God. But I hope that helps you better understand my original comment.‬

I don’t 100% agree with what they’re saying. And I say this because it’s not to say black men aren’t enough, it’s because of the obstacles they face on a daily basis that we as women don’t always understand. If a man can’t provide, lead, or etc we automatically give up on them not knowing if they have potential. I’m in no way giving men a pass to bring less to the table, I’m saying we need to look at this full circle. By us not giving men a chance, it in turn makes women feel we have to go to a different race or become super independent never allowing men to be who they can potentially be. You never apply for a job being the best employee, time and consistent work makes you a better employee. So what’s the difference in men? Again, I’m not saying date a bum. I’m saying we all have to start some where and lowering our standards sometimes isn’t a bad thing because we may not be the woman a man is looking for as well. That’s all

Agreed, however you need to be very discerning when looking for that potential. I find that a lot of black women say this and end up with a man who refuses to have any goals beyond working at McDonalds. Then we end up having to work AND take care of the kids or other household needs. I’ve seen it over and over again in so many relationships. We need to choose a man that has goals, a realistic and reasonable plan to achieve those goals, a back up plan, and values that indicate family and commitment is important to him. At the same time, we as women need the qualities that a man like that is looking for.

All my exes was very good men but just wasn't wasn't for me. Now my husband found me. Let me repeat this. My husband found me. I am so independent but I had to realize it's cool to allow a man to be a man. It's ok to let my man to take responsibility and for me to still be independent. That was so hard to learn.

Who else just found out about this show? I did a reaction video to this based off the comments here. I spoke about communication and expectations of your partner bc I didn’t hear them really touch that. Hope you enjoy 🤗

    - AS A PERSON WHO GREW UP IN THE 80’s, I REMEMBER A TIME WHEN BIG BOOTIES WERE MOSTLY ONLY ADORED BY BLK MEN AND JUST A ‘FEW’ OTHER ETHNIC GROUPS. IN EARLY RAP LYRICS (80’s), THERE WERE ALWAYS REFERENCES TO ‘FULLER SHAPED’ BEHINDS.
    - OUR SOCIETY HOWEVER, NEVER WANTS BLACKS TO BE THE IMAGE OR THE ‘PRIMARY EXAMPLE’ OF HOW YOU ASSOCIATE BEAUTY...
    - SO, THEY’VE WAITED FOR FIGURES LIKE J-Lo (who was with P-Soddy at the time, 2003?) AND KIM (who was with Ray-J at the time, 2007?) TO FINALLY ACCEPT THIS IMAGE SO THAT SOCIETY IS UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THESE FEATURES ARE ASSOCIATED WITH ‘WHT’ WOMEN...
    ...see the connection now??

Miss Monet facts and I still don’t know why these black women procreate with them. They gonna abuse their kids afterwards. And we all know that they will choose the man over the child. It’s really pathetic in my eyes.

@Big Wig Not true, you as a person cannot control how people treat you. What you can do is leave people alone or educate them. Children have no say in the way people treat them. The elderly sometimes are scared to speak up especially if it's their children mistreating them. The disabled which is 55 million Americans barely have a say in their treatment. Sometimes you have to think deeper.

@Big Wig ok, maybe you just want to be heard. Just as I replied to the original post it's impossible in various circumstances. Do you work? When your boss/ superior ask you to do something but you think it's wrong what do you do?
