Great advice, I already do water, squats and cold shower and no mobile till later, but I will invest in a tongue scraper and go outside each morning and incorporate mindfulness … thank you 🙏🏻 your advice is much appreciated… like you explain, little hacks that make a big difference. x

Great advice Liz. I try and do 30 squats while brushing my teeth! I have a cold shower too especially when I’ve had a bad nights sleep it really does help to get me going. Thanks 😊

    Thanks Liz!!
I've been doing Wm Hof's basic breathing and the Japanese Morning Exercises (outside) most mornings - great way to awaken the lymph!
When she lived at the coast, my Dutch and Scottish mother in law took a cold bath in their creek each morning, and I enjoyed cold shower or plunge after the sauna or hot mineral soaks at Breitenbush Hot Springs - like you, i end a shower cold.
I've awakened naturally for decades and rarely set an alarm ⏰ .... need to get a tongue scraper!

Brilliant! Thanks Liz. Will need to buy the tongue scraper and then I am good to go.

Hello Liz, thank you for the great advice, I am doing the drinking of water, and the phone is the thing I am trying to do, I go out in morning and sit on our bench, the tongue thing might have to invest in that one, I do struggle big time to get up, baby steps, the exercise ok, i can't thank you enough for your time with us midlife ladies 😊 take care x

Great suggestions. I do some of them, not necessarily one after the other and find them really helpful. Not plucked up the courage to cold shower though!!!

I already drink a glass of cold water first thing before breakfast/tea etc and a few stretches. I'll try the cold shower and see how it goes. Thanks Liz. Love your videos and tips !

I'm def with you for the first 5 suggestions. But a broken boiler has resulted in 2 weeks of cold showers and I'm v much looking forward to living the hot shower life again! 😀 xxx

Thanks Liz - good advice/tips as always. In the last 2 months I’ve started to incorporate most of these thanks to your previous reels: except the cold shower! I’m going to give it a go tomorrow morning!
PS I really look forward to my morning stretch outside & 6 months ago I began mindfulness & meditations, it makes such a difference in so many ways.
