Thank you Liz, I think we often need reminding of these simple (and free!) essentials with our busy lives!

I think people's sleep is still feeling disrupted due to the pandemic. I often do the exercises you showed in the kitchen too. I think any movement is good, but motivation is our problem also. I certainly agree we all need to stay hydrated, I've never been sure that I agree about if your feel hunger then you could be thirsty, because I feel the body knows when we are hungry, and thirsty, I agree drinking before we eat may help with perhaps over indulgence, we sometimes forget our food contains hydration too. You look very well Liz, I you and your family have enjoyed being all together, GOD BLESS ❤

Tap water…is ok? I drink loads but I heard a comment by Dr Michael Moseley that it should be filtered. If so, how do we know which filters are best? Can you get them in expensively?

I personally don't think tap water is good, from what I've read up on, and seen when I tested out tap water 🤮🤮 terrible what was in it.
We use a berkey water filter system, we did have reverse osmosis, I do think that's the best. I do know alot of people now use steam filters
I wouldn't say there's any good in tap water like they use to say, minerals are in the water 😬
They've found traces of medication, coke... Etc in the tap water 😳

Is tap water ok? I drink loads of it…If not what filter is best that’s inexpensive and easily available?.

Tap water is usually fine - we're fortunate in the western world to have it! But if you'd like to filter out the chlorine etc then a filter is good, such as a jug filter (much cheaper than those fitted under the sink!). Annie x
