    Cool video, your channel is really an inspiration. My relationship of 5 years ended a month ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

Even the dude jumping was attempting to always do this in his relationship, but you guys when you are with a dude doing this.. you keep cutting him off from doing his job and attempt to keep it under control.. even your own bills, how you spend your money.. how to pay a cheaper rate on car notes or wait to another period to pick up a car maybe. Whatever it is..* if he knows about it, he will speak on it. If he doesnt know.. find someone who may know to explain to both of you and make the right decision within your means. Too many women living outside of their means and then getting evicted.. there is an epidemic of that it seems... I wonder how that happened?

You want control, a leader can acknowledge that they also have something to learn from what should be their partner, but I’m sure you enjoy the term follower, makes you men feel important without doing the real work. Also, all this examples were simply saying she should do what you say (like what car to buy lol), not once did you get into what it means to truly lead a home that flourishes and allows those in it to do the same.

    Women think that "leader" is just a shallow title that some men have that doesn't permeate through the makings of his character, holistically. You cannot say you want to be with a strong leader and expect him to be a b!+c# once you enter his life, being all up under your dominion as a boss b!+c#. It doesn't work like that. If he's truly a leader then it ain't on him. It's in him (through and through). You either get with his program or get away from him and not waste neither of eachother's time.

      Damn, couldn’t have broken that down better. I see that as one of the biggest struggles in black relationships. It’s the power struggle, and then the competition which go hand in hand. If I’m competing with you to be the leader and you even EXPECT ME to be, you’re the reason why things aren’t progressing. Play your role, or go be with somebody who needs a woman to lead them. But they wont respect him…it’s a never ending cycle. Seen it enough. This is a waste of time and it’s draining as hell.

      I don't necessarily know that a leader chooses his followers. Also a follower doesn't only not follow because of poor leadership. The leadership may be good they just may not get on with the program. In school if you don't follow the program you fail. In sports you don't follow you're cut or traded. There are good and bad leadership in all arenas of life, but I just wanted to emphasize that a follower can either leave because of lack of trust or because they are unwilling to get on-board with the overall plan/program

    • @tigre9271
      @tigre9271 7 หลายเดือนก่อน +14

      @techniteazyceomaynardmorga5608 I'm talking about in the context of a husband and a wife. The husband leads and the wife follows. If the wife is not following, she doesn't trust her leader is competent. If a husband sees that his wife is not following, it would behoove him to ask himself, "why doesn't she trust my leadership?" They both have the choice in being together.

    For all my bros out here, keep in mind not to get it twisted when a woman asks you to be a leader and not a tyrant. She's not asking you to impose your authority or dictate the relationship, as if you're trying to turn her into a submissive, docile, obedient girl for your own personal gain. That's not the type of leadership women want in a relationship. A good leader is a person who is responsible for other's success. He must lead the next leader. So for you to be a good leader in the relationship, you're gonna have to guide your partner, so she may take charge of the household and maintain it's foundation.

      Men aren't the ones who have this confused. Women are the ones who ask for leadership, and then act like when the leader decides that something they want isn't what's best, then that's the definition of tyranny. You can always get your way in the end, or you can get a leader. You can't get both. Because if your way was always the right way, then you wouldn't want a leader. Maybe the most caring thing a person can do for you is be the one to say, "No", when you really need to here it.

Chances are they not even gone get it when they're old & washed up & life punch em in they face cuz they getting punched right now & don't even notice it.
