The one with rice is called pilaf that similiar to "risoto" but cooked in a different way. You can eat pilaf adding up chickensoup, tasqebab, cheese or yogurt. You can not immagine how good is accompanied with yougurt.
The chicken soup you showing seems to me tasqebab that is done with calf meat It is really very simple and very delicious

Haha watching your expressions on our chicken soup and rice I can tell you know food really well. If you noticed experiencing our food that we don't use much of spices. We are extremely moderate in using them and that makes you taste the real flavor of the foods and not being taken over by spices.

They are both byrek, but made differently. However byrek can be fillen not only with meat, but even other things such as ricota or gjize as we call it, with onion and tonatoes, with spinach, with cheese, with beans ecc

No, tave kosi is not beef but lamb! Tave means casserole but in your case is a clay pot and kos means yogurt. The dish is very old probably thousands of years old and it's made with lamb shanks with some meat on them deeped in yogurt with a bit of rice and cooked with olive oil. It's also called tave Elbasani as it originates there in the town I grew up. This dish is part of our traditional food not the suvlakis' or burgers.

It is not beef, it is lamb and natural yogurt, with no conservants at all. Generally, if you want to make tavë kosi, which means yogurt bowl, it has to be used only yogurt from fresh milk, made at the place. So, no industrial at all. I'm not sure about the kind of meat you think you ate, but it's done with lamb.

Yes tave kosi is done with lamb. Because of yougurt the characteristic ador of lamb or sheep is not any more. Yougurt neutralise the odor
