@@wilmadayrit3371 yes that’s another great option, I also tried that when I repeated this recipe, 20mins in air fryer at 190 degrees celsius, thanks for your comment
Hello to you dear….question….can be made in advance??….can be frozen??….how to cook it after? ….Thawed??….or fried or baked???please reply…having people for the holidays…all are vegetarian and love the tofu…..thanks…..❤. …Rebeca….Canada
Good question! Thank you!😊 Yes, I made them in advance too. I put them in the refrigerator compartment (the middle part of the fridge). I think they can stay there for up to two days because I've tried it myself. If you need to store them for more than two days, you can put them in the freezer and thaw them before cooking. Both fried and baked are okay! 🍳🍞 I've tried deep-frying and air-frying them (15 minutes at 190°C, turning them halfway through to cook evenly). You can extend the time if you think they’re not fully cooked-it really depends on your air fryer too. But the best way to cook them is by deep-frying. 🍟👌
Air frying crispy tofu balls takes around 10 to 15 minutes at 375°F (190°C) 🍳; shake the basket or flip halfway through for even cooking. Baking them in the oven takes about 20 to 25 minutes at 375°F (190°C) 🍞. Deep frying gives the crispiest texture with a golden, crunchy outside and soft inside 🍽, but it's higher in oil and calories compared to baking or air frying.

Question…..what kind of tofu???
Hello, thanks for your comment! 😊 Please use firm tofu. I used Korean tofu, but you can use any type as long as it’s labeled firm or extra firm. 👍🥰
