Jared these cue videos are so appreciated. You and Mike have changed my training infinitely for the better. I would love to see a cue video like this on upper back. I feel like i can connect with my lats pretty well but traps (rhomboids, etc) are a different story
Love his attitude and willingness to learn new techniques. He admits to old habits he’s working thru, while trying to improve his body parts that need improvement. These two make a great collaboration!!
I love these videos. Although it may sound paradoxical, in my opinion, this style of controlled, methodical lifting is much more exciting to watch than the berserker type weight-horsecocking workouts.

Full range of motion with the chest is an absolute game changer. First time I did full range on dumbbell press I had significant chest soreness the next day which I very rarely ever experienced.
Since I have been training with the approach that Jared and Mike recommended I have grown faster than ever with zero pain or injuries. You guys have the best fitness content on the internet. Thanks Jared keep it up!

That trucep variation was introduced maybe a year ago on the RP channel. It's the only way I do them since seeing that. If I don't do any overhead movements I'm doing this until it gets stale
One thing I notice more than Mike than with you Is the super arch, wouldn’t eliminating rib flare and having your core stacked help you get a better stretch than this Uber arch? I’ve always been curious your thoughts on this and if it differs from Mike
I’m 100% on board with end range training and I can see how the anterior push of the chest will give more distance between the chest and humerus. What are you aiming to happen with the mid back during this time? Is it extending along with the rising chest?
I stretch like crazy all the time and pecks are super mobile now. But I dont get sore anymore. Do I have to do more and more sets now or no problem with not getting sore?
I do smith incline presses like that. All the way down into the stretch, big chest then press. I've been doing that intuitively because I can feel it hit my chest the most without my delts and triceps getting involved. Go figure 🤔
