    10-10:30 apple ( protein rajma dal quinoa dahi ) lunch1 bje smoothie palak zarur bcoz of iron in it ( strawberry3 4 apple palak 1 cup badam 2:30 bje lunch salad cucumber gajar quinoa green tea lemon 5 bje protein shake le lo 125 calorie 7 bje dinner 1 katori dal ya 1 cup rajma little white rice lot of water

    Sir the question is when i go to gym in morning at 7 am after having an apple as a pre-workout then come back to 9 am i take my protein first with one banana after that how long i should take my breakfast and should i take green tea with that as i had taken my protein in post-workout? please tell sir

      Shilpa Rawat green tea doesnt effect calcium...but it reduces folic acid...u can have twice but not more than that

    First of all yoga n work out
    Take lemon honey in warm water
    After half hour you can take tea or lemon tea with one chapati or bread
    In lunch 2 chapati, sabji, daal, dahi, chaach
    After 2-3 hours you can take cup of tea n in dinner take boiled chana or salad or fruits....you definitely loose your weight..its my personal experience 😊

      And green tea is never supposed to be taken empty stomach, because it dissolves sugar or carbs and if you take it empty stomach it degrades your stomach wall, so please never take green tea empty stomach. Always after a meal.

    I have an addiction of eating sweets or chocolates after every meal. Aur agar ghar pe sweets nahi hai then I make on my own which contains lot of ghee & sugar.After eating I feel very guilty😥Any tips & tricks to work on that? Plz suggest
