I want to buy from you but I'm afraid to, because I know what goes on in the mattress industry. Reason why every company is so eager to take your old mattress away for free when you order a new one is because the old mattresses are used to make new mattresses ,what they do is remove the outer material/fabric and use everything inside and just cover it with new outer material ,this is A FACT . So there's no way of knowing if we're really getting a new mattress ,odds say no, especially now that most businesses lost money during the covid shutdown so they'll be looking to rip us off even more.
OMG I hate my mattress, it's not even a year old and it's sagging! It wasn't cheap either! I need a firm mattress! Thanks for the information, I will look for Spring one now, no more Hybrid.
Makes alot of sense. I bought a middle of the road, traditional Serta mattress 17+ years ago. Since day 1, it has had a mattress pad and a foam topper on it. I started with a cheap egg-crate style foam topper from Walmart that stayed on the mattress for 10+ years. Switched to a generic memory foam topper in year 11 or 12 and recently switched to a TempurPedic topper about a year ago. The core Serta mattress still looks very close to the way it did when I bought with little to no sag. Figure I can get another 3-5 years out of it, maybe more.
Memory foam mattresses seem to develop dementia and lose their memory overtime because they are not made with a high quality foam material. Latex mattresses are a better option because they have a natural rubber material that springs back almost instantly and doesn't break down quite as fast.
I am talking about $3500 + Beautyrest Black King.On there $1000+ frame. It is sagging after a month.( 2 indentations ,1 on each side)!! Please advise.TY Does have 100 day moneyback guarentee.
I think that is a great idea. I’ve been saying that for years that there should be a perfect square mattress to rotate in every direction. We may end up having to come out with it🤔
This is currently going to be my 3rd mattress in the last 12 months. They keep sagging. And I even dedicated myself to sleep in the corner to see if it wouldn’t sag and it still sagged.
Does having a mattress on the floor contribute to mattress sagging (opposed to a mattress on top a traditional bedframe)? Why do companies void warranties if mattresses are on the floor?
got a beautyrest lux carbon extra firm. sagged in 3 months. exchanged. sagged again. now I have horrible lower back disc issues. so pissed for 1500 absolute shit. i weight 175lbs
I have bought 3 mattresses in 8 months... 2 kingsdown 800 and$ 2100 Lux harmony beautyrest.2000$ I have a new mattress cover and new box... Please explain why they all sagged in middle.!@#%^?.. i weigh 84kg only. Thx
@@jaymelee23 i did buy a new box no springs though. I m going crazy 3rd mattress now i m returning it...i was thinking maybe the floor in my bedroom isn t a well done...!!
@@marckabirached6214 - I wrote you back but I think I'm being filtered... it's not showing up. Look up Serta Presidential Suite III. I just bought that directly from Serta's Guest Purchase. You can compare it and other models much better on US Mattress but Serta was cheaper. However, you can't return to Serta/sales are final. US Mattress you can return but they were more money. I went with a hotel grade double sided mattress that has the traditional coil springs instead of the pocket coils that are more common today. Maybe you would do better with a traditional spring that's double sided that can be flipped/rotated.
the kingsdown 800 you bought, was it firm or soft one. We were looking at the Kingsdown Studio Arbor from sleep country. Being firm i thought would not have much of sagging but curious what you have
Playing music in the background when the focus needs to be on the speaker is bad and the wrong thing to do in creating a video. Totally distracting because the brain can't process both music AND talking. Please leave out the music when creating videos.
My new mattress did this during the first week. They're not making things of quality anymore...it's sad

Kinda tells you that GREED is the problem. Because some CEO wants even more money now.

So it the mattress rather than the box spring
Interesting, educational and informative video.
Glad it was helpful!
It would make sense to have a 76" x 76" mattress that could be rotated in 4 positions instead of two...if they made frames/sheets to fit them.

We may end up having to come out with it🤔

I flip my mattress every 6 months. Now it starting to sag in the middle. IT took many years for it to start sagging tho, Now its noticeable
What good waterproof mattress protector do you recommend?
So buy a firm mattress that is flippable/rotatable and keep buying mattress covers over time a period of time
Good luck measuring week foam like they want ya too. The super scientific string text lol.

Might be whatever you are using for a frame... did you get a new set of box springs or did you use the same one for each bed?
