If you get rejected from McDonald’s in England don’t be too disheartened most people we hire have previous experience in another McDonald’s so it’s actually much harder to break into McDonald’s than one might think. If you want some solid advice for getting a job at McDonald’s first try to get some relevant experience even if it’s just waitressing at a local pub or cafe second get someone on the inside fighting for you have a friend or maybe even a stranger that already works at the McDonald’s you want to work at vouch for you as a good hire
Those fries look so good I didn't listen to anything after.
"Here's y u get rejected."
The employer: U got ur degree from McDonalds.
Since when does mcdonalds need a cv to hire people?
I haven’t applied to a job in probably 5 years… getting all the tips I can! Wish me luck!
if you're getting rejected from macdonald's then dawg you got some other issues
“Het’s why you get rejected”
First: you bought your job application
Second: you bought your resume
Third: you knew how to fix the ice cream machine
😂🤣
Bro I did bullet points and one page even before I went for my job application. Funny thing is that was almost 1 year ago and now I am a safety squad and crew coach at maccas. Did it in lass than 6-9 months And also got crew of the year before I got crew coach. I'll just say I MC-LOVE my job. 😂
If you get rejected from mcdonalds, just… don’t…
Our favorite subway guy milad sweating hard in the corner 😅😂
you mean Milo?
All you need to do to work at a McDonald’s
is be brave enough to take a shit in their toilet they’ll hire you in the stall
If you go to McDonald’s with a resume, chances are 90% that you get rejected just cause it’s a McDonald’s and you brought a Resume 🤦🏻♂️
You get rejected because you don't know how to say the ice cream machine is broken 😂
Nonono as a manager at a McDonald’s I can confirm that if you simply *exist* you will be hired on the spot.
Hey im just curious if its really that easy, im 14 and i want to get my first job this summer
@@chrm68 Yes. It really is that easy. At least for me it was. I got hired within the first 2 minutes of my interview. Especially if you’re going to a McDonald’s that is short staffed- then they definitely need you. So don’t worry. As long as you have you’re résumé and you dress halfway decent for the interview, you will have no issues :)
You need a resume for McDonald's?
Gohar should open a school that actually teaches all the things in life
Him:- Here is my you get rejected.
You:- Give an application to the manager .
Managar:- Takes the application rolls it and puts it in your butt. (bcos its too long)🤣
Moral of the story:- don't write an essay in your resume. 💀💀 😂😂✅
Never work at McDonald's.
It’s just pain
You get rejected from McDonald’s
Me: I got accepted for a job at Burger King
Manager: Just kidding you can work here
I could be a convicted felon for robbing a McDonalds at gun point, quadruple amputee, and can’t speak or write at all and McDonalds would still hire me.
"I don't know how to fix a ice cream machine"
CONGRATULATIONS YOU'RE HIRED
Can you do a video on how to get ready for your first job?
Yes, now you can hand over your fries to me.
The first mistake in this video is assuming managers of fast food restaurants actually read the application, half of them just look at availability
the only thing mcdonalds is gonna ask you before they hire you is if youre addicted to crack, and even that isnt always a deal breaker
The form of a resume can be highly flexible and it can differ widely, based on the job that you are applying for. Some places like bullet points, some paragraphs and on some jobs you can even make a video.
If this happens there is always another McDonalds down the road
Thanks for sharing this wisdom on getting a McJob it's not at all obvious you've never applied for one
“he rolls his eyes because he sees it’s two pages long” I see the reason, you’re to good and high life for mcdonalds, the manage knows you can get a way better job
Thank you, this will help when I apply for my first job this year
I walked into a mcdonalds for an interview and was on the clock half an hour later I still have that job easily one of the two best bosses I’ve ever had; very good at managing the workload and handling all the different personalities in a logical and effective way
I really am thankful for my highschool teacher for that iquest class I had she helped me with my resume and did bulletpoints
Dude schools are mad confusing. They tell us to write long resumes but now it’s not like that 💀
Genuinely helpful
"Here's why you got rejected."
"You know how to fix an ice-cream machine."
Getting rejected from McDonald’s it’s the lowest feat someone can possibly go
