Thank you so much for uploading these. I was still at school when these were first broadcast on the BBC. Very tame gentle humour compared to today’s rarity. But very pleasant entertainment. That seems so uncool by today standards. Didn’t know there was a Clemente TH-cam channel, until my brother-in-law mentioned it yesterday RIP Mr Monif. Didn’t know Monteith had passed away until I heard about it yesterday.
What a first episode! These shows should have the same high profile as The Two Ronnies, Only Fools, etc. Beautifully written and performed. Haven't dated a minute. Special mention to Frank Thornton for that restaurant sketch. RIP, and thank you, wonderful Kelly! 👏👏
RIP to one of the best comedians (Edit: I originally wrote ‘entertainer’ and then I got to 4:46! 😂) I didn’t miss an episode when these were first on the BBC. As young as I was, I still remembered fondly some of his skits, so in September I was searching TH-cam for these shows and finding the odd one here and there, how did I miss this channel! Thanks for putting these episodes up 😊❤
Unlike many so-called comedians Kelly Monteith was actually funny without being obnoxious. His comedy inspired the type of "over-educated" singing comedy that I do today as an old man. RIP Kelly Monteith a true original funny man.
Thanks for uploading these. I remember watching the show as a teenager and remembering how different it was from UK shows. The sketch when the car is talking and asking why you refer to them as a woman has stuck with me since.

I remember the opening scene very well. Still use it with my kids when I see a police car. I laughed my head off at the time (I was 9 y/o). RIP
